Deluxe home built in the 1980s is located in one of the premier resort areas in the Sierras. Careful planning and meticulous attention to detail have resulted in an impressive home in this prestigious area. The home features a large open living room with beautiful views of the meadow, Resort at Squaw Creek, Robert Trent Jones golf course, and Squaw Valley ski area.
Berber carpeting, wood-burning stove, and whitewash wood enhance the feeling of quality and warmth. Spacious kitchen with all conveniences and dining area that can accommodate up to 12. Five bedrooms have queen-sized beds (three of those bedrooms have their own vanity). One bedroom has a bunk bed. Games, laundry facilities, multiple TVs, DVD, VCRs, and books are provided. There is a large outside deck and a spa on enclosed deck with views.

Year Purchased: 1985
We have been in the property management business since 1977 and have managed seven to seventy rental units, mostly residential but commercial properties as well. We currently own and manage our own properties. We maintain strict standards and check our properties regularly. We want out guests to be comfortable and we are happy to report we get many repeat guests because they are very happy with our accomadations.
We love California and all it has to offer therefore, we have two properties that we enjoy sharing; one in Squaw Valley and one in Napa Valley.

We consider Squaw Valley the best ski area in California and our location gives one easy access to takes advantage of the mountain and the beautiful valley. We are also close to Truckee and Tahoe City so the location is ideal for summer or winter sports, restaurants and entertainment.
