This privately owned condominium is completely furnished. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, playground, basketball/tennis court, swim dock, and covered boat slip rental.
This unit has cathedral ceiling in the living area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a private bath and king-size bed. The guest room has a queen-size bed and sofa sleeper folds to a queen size in the living area.
Southwood Shores is a gated community located approximately ten minutes from the Osage Village Outlet Mall (110 stores), golf courses, miniature golf, restaurants, and night clubs.
Pets/smoking are not allowed in the condominium. You can smoke on the sundeck or other outdoor public areas.
