The Condo is owned by the lister and full of plenty cooking and dining utensils. Two bedrooms, master has king bed and queen bed, second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Loft with double set of bunk beds. Linens supplied.
Included, just installed 42" flat screen LCD TV in living room and flat screens in both bedrooms, stereo, cable television with DVD player in family room, cable television in each bedroom with DVD/VCR combo in one bedroom, fireplace with gas logs, humidifiers, washer and dryer in building, on shuttle/trolley route, high speed wireless internet.

Amazing vacation in Breckenridge, thanks Adele and Jack. The condo is even closer to the slopes than I remembered. The conditions were outstanding. We managed to jump to a few nearby ski areas (Beaver Creek, A-Basin, Copper, Cooper, etc) but Breck had so much snow we took first tracks on Peak 8 before we left each mo...rning. We have been skiing in Summit County for years and there is not a comparable location, Breckenridge's best location period. Thanks Again. **This was put on the facebook page**

I have stayed at Ski Watch 434 several times and am looking forward to staying there again. Breckenridge is one of my favorite mountains (I've snowboarded quite a few) and I love staying at Ski Watch 434. There is absolutely no place you can stay that will put you closer to the mountain. Adele is a very responsive owner that works hard to keep the place in top condition. Last year there were new TV's in every room, new dishes, new cups, and new paint. Also, the complex added outside decks and really spruced the place up. This year they have added new Sealy pilllowtop mattresses, new sheets, and a new dishwasher. I have not hesitated recommending that friends give Adele a call to book an incredible vacation getaway in Breckenridge.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Awesome Ski In Ski Out experience. Great condo. Fully stocked.

Staying at this unit was like being at home. It was fully stocked with linens, cooking utensils, and plenty of nice towels. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Friends stayed in a similar unit in the same building and it was not as nicely stocked. You walk out from the ski lockers, click in your skis, and ski DOWN about 150 yards to the high speed lifts. It could not be more convenient. The slope side hot tubs were awesome!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in February 2010. The property was very clean, great towels and sheets. The owner has included everything we would ever need during our stay. Great humidifiers which were much needed, every type of pot and pan and we could even steam huge king crab legs in their humongous pot! We grilled steaks on the outside gas grill and always had plenty of plates and utensils. Even had cloth grocery bags to make it easier getting all of our groceries inside. We ate on the mountain one day and it cost us almost $75 for a family of four. After that we saved a lot of money by returning to the unit for lunch every day instead of eating on the mountain.
