Waterfront home includes a heated pool, access to private Gulf-front beach with cabanas, barbecue grills, and picnic tables.

Free use of new 16 foot Carolina Skiff boat with 25hp tiller motor. If you’re into fishing we include fishing rods or you also have the option to hire a local charter.

The beaches along the Sun Coast of Florida are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The string of beaches from Anclote Key in the north to Fort De Soto in the south, covers over 36 miles that include Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park, Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach.

This 1800 square foot home is tastefully furnished with just about everything new over the past year. Master bedroom has king-size bed, futon couch, large closet, TV with DVD player. Second bedroom has two twin beds and TV with DVD player. The Florida Room overlooks the water, includes leather furniture with a pullout sofa. Check out the new pool table in the game room.

  • Great Fun! Private pool is always a plus. Boat is nice. Patio is great for morning coffee, or afternoons grilling out. My kids became semi-pro billards players while we were there. You never realize how fast a week goes by, when your having fun. Hopefully next year we can spend two weeks here.

  • Your home is well furnished, clean and very spacious. The pool is wonderful and the boat is a real plus. Had a wonderful 3 weeks. A very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping. It has everything and more for a wonderful vacation.

  • We spent a week in October at this beautiful house. This house is very spacious. We had a total of 5 adults and 2 children in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. The men enjoyed the pool table and the boat very much. We all enjoyed the pool. The furniture was very nice and the beds were confortable. We had no problems at all and would recomend this house for a relaxing vacation and wonderful time. There is plenty to do and you never need to leave the house for fun.
