  The house was perfect. Easy to get to, extremely clean, everything we needed was available for us to use. Sunsets at the private beach were breathtaking. Swimming pool was perfect temperature. Pool table had plenty of room around it so playing was a pleasure. Highly recommend renting this place. We have rented several place over the years that were okay but, this is the one place that we would return to.

  All the comforts of home and more !!! This property was home for the month to me and my family( April) The Pool was fantastic, the fishing was exceptional We even saw dolphins from the dock. Thanks Pat ... see you in April

  Tropical storm Fay decided to vacation in florida the same week as us. Lucky for us, we used the boat the first day, so we were able to see just how close we were to open water. The location of the house, the pool and the area were great. Especially, if you enjoy a calm vacation without all the bars and crowds. We would recommend driving to Tarpon Springs to look around at the neat shops. (it's very close), and a drive down to Clearwater Beach (also close). The dogs would recommend the dog park. Even with all the rain, we had a great time. We would love to stay there forever.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

  Our family decided to try a warm winter Christmas vacation this year, which led us to look in the Sunny state of Florida. We found this home on the HomeAway website and proceed down the path of booking it. Our time in Florida was great and the house made a difference. It was located in a very quiet community that was easily accessible from the major highways in the area. Our children loved the use of the heated pool and also the access to the ocean provided by the dock and boat. I would recommend this home to any family looking for space and convience. Excellent shopping and dining were only minutes away as well.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  My husband, son and a friend rented this property in July 2007. The pool in the backyard was fantastic and having use of the boat made the vacation. There is a grocery store a few blocks away and the house is about a 30 minute drive to famous Clearwater Beach. Lots of fishing of our private dock and the house was nicely equiped. Working with the owners was nice too.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+.

  Great Fun! Private pool is always a plus. Boat is nice. Patio is great for morning coffee, or afternoons grilling out. My kids became semi-pro billards players while we were there. You never realize how fast a week goes by, when your having fun. Hopefully next year we can spend two weeks here.

  Your home is well furnished, clean and very spacious. The pool is wonderful and the boat is a real plus. Had a wonderful 3 weeks. A very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping. It has everything and more for a wonderful vacation.

  We spent a week in October at this beautiful house. This house is very spacious. We had a total of 5 adults and 2 children in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. The men enjoyed the pool table and the boat very much. We all enjoyed the pool. The furniture was very nice and the beds were confortable. We had no problems at all and would recomend this house for a relaxing vacation and wonderful time. There is plenty to do and you never need to leave the house for fun.
