The Living Area
The moment you step into the spacious foyer, you'll know you have entered a special place. This home has been elegantly decorated to reflect tropical living at its finest. The living area has a 50 inch Plasma TV with expanded cable and a DVR, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The balcony offers a glimpse of the Gulf and dramatic views of those famous Key West sunsets. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard, and includes everything an experienced chef would need to prepare a gourmet meal. There's also a passthrough to the dining area, with a dining table that will seat six.
The Accommodations
The master bedroom has a king bed, overhead fan and a private balcony facing the quiet courtyard. There's a TV and a private home office. The en suite master bathroom has twin vanities and a very large custom shower. The second bedroom is as large as most master bedrooms, with twin beds that convert to a king, overhead fan and a TV. The second bathroom has a tub and shower.
The Pool Area
The community pool is directly downstairs, and is surrounded by a spacious patio with plenty of chaises. There are dressing rooms with lavatories for your convenience. Best of all, this beautiful pool area has a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for viewing Key West sunsets. You'll also have your own keys that will give you direct access to and from the waterfront and the promenade to Mallory Square via private gates.

From the moment I set foot in this condo, I was enthralled with its spaciousness and beautiful décor. With two full bedrooms and baths, a fully equipped kitchen, large living area and two balconies; it makes for a very comfortable stay.
The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk from the back door, you can get a front row seat to view the famous Key West Sunset in the evening. Also within walking distance is Duval Street which is filled with plenty of restaurants and shops for your entertainment. Don’t forget to grab a slice of Key Lime pie which is offered at multiple restaurants nearby.
After a long day seeing the sites, the pool at the condo is a great way to relax and cool off with a great view of the ocean just feet away.
There sure is a lot to see and do in the United States southernmost city. I can guarantee there won’t be a dull moment here. Come stay in this lovely Key West condo and you’ll enjoy a front seat to all the fun!

We bought our first home in Key West in 1999 after traveling here on vacation since 1992. We love life in the Lower Keys and moved here full time in 2002. We actually purchased this condo sight unseen while we were out of town; a friend told us about the opportunity and we went to contract while we were in the car! Once we saw the place in the flesh, we knew we had done the right thing.

We absolutely loved this property and it more then lived up to our already high expectations. The location is second to none, we had the shared pool all to ourselves most days and the condo is furnished to a very high standard with the addition of all the little extras that make it seem a home from home eg coffee maker, washer and dryer etc We are already saving up for a return visit as we truly din't want to leave! This condo is the perfect location to spend a week or weekend in Key West! Chris & Sharon have very tastefully decorated the unit and provided many amenities for renters' convenience. It is a superb location with easy access to all attractions and activities. The pictures of this unit do not do it justice. Everything was just fabulous! I loved the tropical greenry that surrounded us everywhere & the secure feeling. We were totally undisturbed the entire time. Very restful. We walked everywhere & enjoyed our stay so much!!!! We can't wait until our visit again next year. A big thank you to the hosts, God Bless!

We recently stayed at this property (2 adults and 2 children) and found the furnishings and amenities top notch…a home away from home. The pool and grounds are well maintained. The pool overlooks the water and marina, allowing you to observe the spectacular sunsets in addition to the beautiful ships visiting Key West. The property’s location is within walking distance to all of Key West’s attractions (including the Mallory Square Sunset Celebration) and best restaurants. The owners are very hospitable, ensuring your visit is a positive one. We highly recommend this property for those looking to experience all Key West has to offer.

we stayed over christmas 2005 and had a great time (not easy with two 20 year old daughters home from college). the unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. we arrived after dark and pleasantly surprised when we looked out in the morning and saw a large and beautiful cruise ship as our neighbor. although not necessary, it was nice to be in the secure truman annex neighborhood. loved everything about it!
