What if you could stay right on the dock in Old Town but with the quiet and solitude of an exclusive gated community? That is exactly what you will have when you stay at this beautiful condominium home in the Truman Annex. The Green Parrot (oldest blues bar in America) is just two blocks away, and yet the peace and quiet of this home will make you think you're out in mangrove country. Fort Zachery Taylor Park with its beautiful beach is just a short walk, or even shorter bike ride, from your front door.
The moment you step into the spacious foyer, you'll know you have entered a special place. This home has been elegantly decorated to reflect tropical living at its finest. All of the rooms are over-sized, with 10 foot ceilings and overhead fans. And best of all, you can sit on the living room balcony and watch the sun set on the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen has upgraded appliances; it has been designed and equipped to accommodate the most serious chef. The master suite has a "Sleep Number" king size bed that can be set to any degree of firmness on either side. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king. The full-size washer and dryer are next to the kitchen.
The private pool is right downstairs, and right on the oceanfront. You'll have your own keys that will give you direct access to and from the waterfront via private gates.
There are three TV's: In the living room we have just installed a 50" plasma High Definition TV with expanded high-def cable service; and each bedroom has a 32" TV. Wireless high-speed Internet access, unlimited long distance and international phone service are also included. Maid and/or linen service is available on a daily or weekly basis at additional cost.
