New for the 2006 season and available November 2005, "Shared Moments" defines luxury for gulf-front accommodations. With over 3900 square feet of living space, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, beachfront convenience, golf cart, and optional elevator, nothing else comes close to this completely remodeled home and guest house. More photos and details to come as renovation is completed. Shared Moments is a Sunday to Sunday rental. Main & Guest house must be rented together during high season and holidays. High season rate applies during holidays.

The charming, gated community of Carillon is home to some great shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of amenities at Carillon; including three pools (one heated, one gulf front), beach club, two tennis courts, kiddie pool, basketball hoop, bike rentals, and, of course, plenty of beach front to enjoy. Enjoy live music at "Grooving on the Green" on Wednesdays during season, or listen to the music of the Gulf right out your back-door step. It is all here for you.

Shared Moments has six bedrooms between the main house and guest house with accommodations to sleep up to 18 people. There are numerous patios and porches to enjoy the views of the gulf and of the town (beautiful in its own right). The main house features a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath as well as one of the guest bathrooms; there are two fireplaces (living room and master), kitchen with all new SubZero refrigerator, granite counter tops, gas stove, and other top-of-the-line appliances; large panel TV with integrated cable, stereo and DVD system. The main house sleeping arrangement is: king-size bed in the master with queen sleeping nook, full bath, and closet; two queen bedrooms with full baths; a full/twin bunk room; and queen-size sofa sleeper in the den with full bath.

The guest house features a queen in the master and bunk/trundle in the guest bedroom and 2.5 baths. The guest house also includes a full kitchen with the same type of appointments as the main house, TV/DVD setup, open patio, and beautiful views as well.

Groceries can be bought at the Publix or Winn Dixie stores nearby, or you can enjoy one of our great local restaurants. Another option is to use Beach Butlers to stock your kitchen with food for you.
