Welcome to our top floor penthouse with SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the slopes from every window and balcony! The Village at Breckenridge is a year-round western-style resort and is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains at the base of the Ten Mile Range. Shavano, historically called the Plaza 2 building, is a true ski-in/ski-out location and located only 50 yards from the Quicksilver Super 6 Chairlift (Shavano is the closest condominium building to the Quicksilver lift!!). In addition, this building is only one block from Main Street--convenient to both shops and restaurants.
This condo has been professionally decorated with a river rock fireplace, antler chandelier, slate flooring and countertops. The walls are decorated with antique wood skis, toboggan and snow shoes. The two balconies offer amazing panoramic views of Peak 9 and the Arapaho National Forest.
The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and bathroom, and the second bedroom has a twin loft over a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee-maker, microwave and dishwasher. Separate dining area and living room with a leather sofa (queen-size sleeper). Wi-Fi internet is available in the condo.

This unit will not disappoint & the description was exactly what it was. Perfect location (ski-in/out 100' away), Main Street is a block away & the furnishings were very comfortable). The antlered lamps and local touches gave it real character & not just another rental unit. Pam, we completely enjoyed our stay in your condo and look forward to coming back. Thanks for all the personal attention to detail!

We had a wonderful time! Your condo was amazing! Everything was perfect, the location, fireplace, bunk beds and the views!! It was such a treat to go back to after a day of skiing. Thank you so much! We would like to request the 2012 Presidents week as our ski vacation. Please let me know if that's possible and when you would need a deposit.

Amazing view overlooking the 6-chair. Great condo with cozy feel. Group of 6 friends met up from various parts of the country met up for a snowboard trip. Walking distance to Main St shopping, dining, and night life. A++++
