Our new pool deck surface is Futura Stone with lava rock waterfall - Big Island, HI Vacation Rental in Keauhou with Ocean View Awesome 180 degree ocean view located in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood with a huge pool. Four large bedrooms wrap around the pool and lanai. This home was built as a bed and breakfast and has lots of room for you to be with a crowd of people but separate. All the bedrooms on the main level have king size beds, full bathrooms, tv's and mini fridges in each bedroom. They are decorated with tropical or rattan furniture and have full bathrooms with tub/shower, toilet and sink, tv's, hari dryers and refrigerators, and ceiling fans. The large master bedroom also features a king bed, rattan tropical furniture, jetted tub, and huge double-headed shower with view to the secluded back yard dripping with tropicana. This home is very clean and has screens on all windows and doors. Our cleaning crew is impeccable and takes great pride in making our home comfortable. Our sheets are Egyptian Cotton. There is an abundant supply of towels and beach towels. We also supply beach chairs, cooler, and mats. The 5th bedroom on lower level has a pillow top queen bed, TV. There is also a family room with two sofa/beds that make into full beds. The spring mattresses on these sofa beds are quite comforable. The extra-large kitchen features two islands, skylight, ceiling fan and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. There is a gas bbq on back lanai. The sunken living room which views the private back yard features cathedral ceilings, big bamboo furniture, TV, VCR, and a fountain. There is High Speed Internet and wireless available for your laptop. The secluded back yard has an big bamboo outdoor shower and the back yard is large enough for outdoor games with a patio for barbecuing. There is a huge utility room with washer and dryer. Wake up with the sounds of birds outside your window and the wonderful tropical smells wafting through the air. The huge 16-foot by 30-foot pool is situated inside the home on the large lanai overlooking the ocean, Kona, and Hualalai Mountain. The home is situated at 800 feet above sea level in an upscale neighborhood that is quiet, safe and has plenty of parking. The beach is only 3 miles down There is a 3 mile jogging trail close by.
