This has been a popular rental house for a number of years due to its most convenient location... Close to the schools, restaurants, galleries, and parks... Attractive cobbled street with walled in homes and magical doors that hide some very special dwellings. A favorite of artists painting in the streets, friendly people, and reasonable services.

This Non-Smoking house is elegant with a shaded outside patio surrounded with flowers and fruit trees. Because of its orientation and layout, the house gets lots of sunny light all day long. The house has just been totally renovated with a Mexican colonial feel with all new beds and bedding, towels, furnishings and furniture.

There are new appliances in the kitchen and a new full size washer and dryer has been added for your use. There also four new fireplaces for those chilly nights including one in the master bedroom. The interior and exterior have been totally repainted and new draperies can be found in each room.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, the second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and the downstairs bedroom has two twins than can be made into a king for maximum flexibility.

The house also has a wonderful roof terrace perfect for the famous San Miguel sunsets.

Summer time in San Miguel is a pleasant surprise to first time visitors. The weather is generally "shirtsleeve" with the occasional chilly "rainy" period. Never hot! That's why San Miguel is popular with people from the Southern states. The countryside is literally amazing with the abundance of wild flowers.

Check it out... San Miguel is not just for Winter!
