This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in Sunrise Pointe, a secure, gated, age-restricted, active adult community in Green Valley, Arizona. The approximately 1400 square foot home boasts attractive, new furnishings, decor and paint throughout and has all the comforts of your own home.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet, sliding door to patio and private Master bath. The Guest bedroom has a double bed and a 2nd full bath with tub and shower. The Great Room has a sofa and loveseat, a dining area and an entertainment center with a 27 inch cable TV, DVD and stereo. Skylights and high, 10-foot ceilings create indoor living with an outdoor feel.

The kitchen includes all modern appliances with cold water and ice in the door of a side-by-side refrigerator. Dishes, cookware & appliances are all new. A breakfast nook with a round table makes for cozy kitchen eating. The 2 car garage is accessed through the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. The covered patio has a table, chairs, and gas grill to add to your outdoor entertaining or dining enjoyment. There is a private pool and jacuzzi just a short walk away.

Sunrise Pointe is an age restricted community. One guest must be 55 years or older. This home has a Green Valley Recreation membership. For a small fee, guests have access to any of 12 Green Valley Recreation (GVR) centers offering pools, hot tubs, well-equipped fitness centers, tennis courts, a racquet ball court, arts and crafts and more. A large array of beginner and advanced classes are offered. Various specialized clubs such as photography, hiking, and others round out the offerings through GVR.
