Rental price includes unlimited local and long distance calling, high speed wireless internet connection, and 2 lift tickets per day during ski season - these are FREEDOM PASSES from Brian Head Resort, which are unlimited usage, transferable season passes (Lift tickets regularly cost $45 each per day / $52 during holidays). Children 5 and under ski free with ticketed adult. Condo is located in Brianwood I, next to Giant Steps Ski Lift.
This comfortable, one bedroom plus loft condo is the perfect get-away for your family and friends! It offers a queen-size bed with a 20" TV and VCR in the master bedroom with DirectTV satellite box. The loft has a queen bed and two twin beds and Nintendo NES system with 32 games. The living room has a woodburning fireplace (wood is provided), 32" TV, DVD, and a VCR, complete with dozens of VHS movies and a DirectTV satellite digital video recorder box. There is also a boombox for your XM receiver.
There are two full baths; one near the master bedroom and the other in the loft. No Smoking and No Pets allowed. It is also within walking distance of the "mall", and the park for summer play.
At a base elevation of 9600 feet, it has the fourth highest base elevation in the western United States and the highest in Utah. Snowmaking equipment combined with an average annual snowfall of 450" insures great skiing conditions all season long. Lift tickets are still reasonable and kids under five ski free when accompanied by an adult. A six lane tubing park offers great entertainment for all ages.
Summer activities include mountain biking on world-class bike trails, four wheeling, fishing, and just plain relaxing. The condo is located just 20 miles from Cedar City, home of the world-famous Shakespeare Festival (July through October). The mild summer temperatures and its close proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks makes Brian Head a great summer destination.

$200 refundable security deposit required. Waiver and contract must be signed.

Hello! We are Matt and Melissa. We've owned this condo in Brian Head for about 5 years. This is our only vacation home and the only place we rent out. We are owners who use our unit all the time and rent it out when we're not there, so it's truly our home away from home.
Why the Owner Chose Brian Head
Brian Head is only 3 hours away from Las Vegas, where we live. We love to ski/snowboard and we love to fish in the summertime. Our unit is ski-in, and with the Freedom Passes, we can leisurely ski and come back for a rest or a snack whenever we want.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo has a "cabin" feel. This is achieved with the decor inside as well as our extensive collection of old school VHS tapes and our classic Nintendo. We watch videos and play Super Mario Brothers every time we come up. The beds are really comfortable with flannel sheets. We love to get a fire going and open up the balcony door to breathe fresh mountain air.

This is the most homey, comfortable, welcoming condo that you will find in Brianhead! We had the time of our lives, got beautiful skies, fabulous snow, walking distance to Giant Steps! The owners are fantastic and get everything set up for you immediately, they are the best!!!

We had a fabulous stay at this most convenient condo that provided all the necessary amenities! It was great for the kids to stay in the loft with their own bathroom,TV and VCR. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna and can't wait to visit again!
