Newly built, two bedroom, two bath condo located at Waterside Village in Venice, Florida! Built in 2005, this condo overlooks a beautiful lake and wildlife preserve. Be sure to pack binoculars for great bird and wildlife watching from the enclosed back lanai and the screened in front porch! Keep your eye out for the small alligator who regularly suns himself out back. This relaxing second floor unit offers just under 1,400 sq ft of living space and is newly furnished. The foyer, eat-in kitchen, bathrooms, dining, living, and enclosed lanai have upgraded ceramic tiling, while both bedrooms are comfortably carpeted. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances including glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with icemaker and has a pass-through to the dining area for easy entertaining. There is also a Tassimo hot beverage brewer for coffee and tea lovers!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands, bureau, and a 27" Sony TV set. The adjoining master bath has a double vanity, large walkin shower, and large walkin closet. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, nightstand, bureau, small TV set, and large closet. The full guest bathroom with single vanity and a full size tub are in the adjacent hall, as is a linen closet. An air bed is also available for extra guests.
The master bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living rooms all have vaulted ceilings, while the guest bedroom and enclosed lanai have high ceilings. In the living room you'll find comfortable couches, a reading chair, ambient lighting, and a 37" HD Sony Plasma-Flat Screen TV with digital cable, On Demand programming, and a dvd player. The unit has central air-conditioning, and there are ceiling fans in the kitchen, living, lanai, and bedrooms to keep the unit comfortable. The unit has a stacked washer/dryer in an enclosed closet just off the lanai making laundry convenient to do, and there is a locked storage shed for fishing, golf, tennis, and other sports equipment adjacent to a covered parking space. Beach chairs are provided. There is additional parking for 2nd cars and for guests.
Unlimited local and long distance (within the Continental 48 states) is provided as well as high-speed WiFi Internet for easy web-browsing on your laptop, iPad's, and other personal electronic devices!
Renters will have full access to all of Waterside's beautiful amenities including clubhouse, heated swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, walking, and biking trails. Venice's beautiful beaches are just 3 miles away, as are plenty of great restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy golf, there are over 8 courses in Venice alone with many more in the surrounding towns!
