Villa Bella is exactly as its name implies - a beautiful four bedroom, three bath canal home for your perfect getaway vacation in paradise.

Bella is ideal for a romantic holiday, a large family gathering, or two families to share, with over 2200 square feet plus a large lanai, pool, and an oversized pool deck. A perfect spot to watch those gorgeous Florida sunsets or for those lazy days when you just want to relax in the peace and quiet of your own company.

The expansive Master Suite offers sliding glass doors for private access onto the lanai and west facing pool for those late night private swims. Wicker furniture provide a peaceful sitting area for morning coffee or evening wine-downs watching the sunset. The en suite bathroom includes double sink basins, Jacuzzi tub, extra large walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

Dine in the spacious Kitchen while enjoying the beautiful water view, at the Breakfast Bar, or in the separate formal Dining Room. The large, open fully equipped Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the brand new appliances along with granite countertops and roll out shelving.

Glass sliding doors line an entire wall of the cathedral ceiling Great Room and provide a breathtaking view of the canal. This room is open, airy and bright and offers plenty of indoor entertaining and relaxing space. Step out onto the lanai where there is ample room for sunbathing around the pool, relaxing under the outdoor fans on the lanai while checking your e-mail with our high speed wireless to keep you in touch.
