You'll be close to recreational amenities, restaurants, and shopping. These units have their own pool and jacuzzi as well as eligibility to Green Valley Recreation activities and facilities.

Green Valley Resort Homes are a delightful grouping of units located near the Continental Plaza shopping center, which contains a grocery store, pharmacy, banks, retail, and restaurants.

You'll enjoy preparing meals in this fully equipped kitchen or taking advantage of the local restaurants. The computer with internet access will help keep you in touch with those enduring cold winter weather.

Green Valley Recreation facilities and activities are available for a one-time nominal fee. A recreation center across the street has lighted tennis courts, Olympic-size pool, large auditorium, and many other activities for guests. Your Green Valley Recreation pass provides entrance to more than 12 recreation centers, most with a fitness center, and allows participation in special lectures, clubs, special trips, aqua aerobics, and, for a fee, a selection of about 150 classes such as pottery, woodworking, pilates, cards, cermaics, cooking, dance lessons, health and fitness, painting and drawing, and swimnastics.

Golf is available at five public and two private golf courses in the immediate area and lots of additional golfing nearby. Hiking and biking paths are easily accessible from this unit. Exceptional birding and world-renowned observatories are close.

This is an age-restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.

Off-season rates are negotiable - but reasonable! Long-term rentals will be considered.

  • My wife and I found the accommodations very comfortable and the neighbors very friendly. We were only a few minutes walk from both stores and restaurants, as well as GVR facilities. We especially enjoyed using the nearby hot tub most evenings.
