Green Valley Resort Homes are a delightful grouping of units located near the Continental Plaza shopping center, which contains a grocery store, pharmacy, banks, retail, and restaurants. This unit is also close to recreational amenities. Mailbox in complex.
You'll enjoy preparing meals in this fully equipped kitchen, taking advantage of the local restaurants, or grilling in the courtyard. The computer with internet access will help keep you in touch with those enduring cold winter weather - or bring your laptop and use wireless access.
These units have their own free pool and hot tub. Green Valley Recreation facilities and activities are also available for a one-time nominal fee. A recreation center across the street has lighted tennis courts, Olympic-size pool, large auditorium, and many other activities for guests. Your Green Valley Recreation pass provides entrance to more than 12 recreation centers, most with a fitness center, and allows participation in special lectures, clubs, special trips, aqua aerobics, and, for a fee, a selection of about 150 classes such as pottery, woodworking, pilates, cards, cermaics, cooking, dance lessons, health and fitness, painting and drawing, and swimnastics.
Golf is available at five public and two private golf courses in the immediate area and lots of additional golfing nearby. Hiking and biking paths are easily accessible from this unit. Exceptional birding and world-renowned observatories are close.
This is an age-restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.
Off-season rates are negotiable - but reasonable! Long-term rentals will be considered.

This is a wonderful casita, great location, very well equipped with a great courtyard for socializing. We wanted for nothing, all you have to do is bring yourself to enjoy the wonderful weather and private pool/hot tub. The landlord was very accommodating and helpful. We loved our stay here.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We rented this casita for January, 2011. Jack was very accomodating and helpful. The unit was stocked with all we needed. We enjoyed the rec center and the mall within walking distane.. The courtyard area and pool area were well maintained. The neighbors were very friendly and we had a great time.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We rented this property for 3 months, Dec.09,Jan & Feb 2010. The unit was very clean & well furnished. Handy location next to Continental Plaza. The Clatons were very accomodating land lords.

My wife and I found the accommodations very comfortable and the neighbors very friendly. We were only a few minutes walk from both stores and restaurants, as well as GVR facilities. We especially enjoyed using the nearby hot tub most evenings.
