Why the Owner Chose Naples Park
We chose the Vanderbilt beach area because we could have the privacy of our own home our own pool. The location is ideal to rides bikes everywhere, beach, dinner, tennis and shopping. We enjoy the beaches we are 1/2 to a great beach! We love to take a stroll just before sunset to the beach and watch the glorious sunsets every evening.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our house is fully equipped with every beach item you may need, cooler, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and bikes. We enjoy the location because we are on the 5th block that is the closest you can get to the beach in our neighborhood.

Lance and Tina Boyd we live in Northern Virginia area and have always loved Naples and the Vanderbelt Beach area. We spend time in the summer there, we have three children, a boy and two girls.
