Spectacular beachfront townhouse. This home is one of the best homes on the coast. The home has three oceanfront balconies, with a private hot tub on the 2nd floor deck off of the master bedroom. The house has a reverse living design that features the kitchen, dining, and family room on the top floor. Two bedrooms have oceanfront views while the other bedroom has a great mountain range view. The gas BBQ is located on the third floor and could quite possibly be the best view that you can have while BBQing any where on the coast.
This home includes everything that you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms and family room have flat screen TV's. The master bedroom has a pillowtop king sized mattress and the other bedroom has a twin on twin bunk bed and a double pillowtop bed. The third room has a queen size murphy bed. All of these amenities are located just seconds from the sand. So if you are looking for a superb beach home come stay in Rockaway. We are also kid friendly and have a porta crib, baby jogger stroller that you can take for walks on the beach, board games, and toys.
