Located in the gated community of Riverbend on a high ridge overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains - this immaculate log-sided cabin will be on top-of-the-list for your favorite vacation spot. Whether you are visiting the mountain attractions nearby, playing golf on our beautiful golf courses in the area or looking for your own 'dream home or property', Sunset Ours II will exceed your expectations for a true vacation get-a-way. Bring the whole family (or all of your friends) or simply come with your someone special. This cabin is equipped with three bedrooms (one king, one queen and two twins) to meet your family's needs. Swim or fish in one of our two mountain lakes or hike our community right from your door. Try tubing on the Broad River that flows through our community, sit by our waterfall or go shopping in Hendersonville, Brevard, Black Mountain or Asheville. Don't forget to spend a day at the Biltmore House. You might prefer to stay 'at home' in our cabin and play games in the gameroom and do your exercise on our treadmill. Or rock away your cares as you gaze across the beautiful mountain landscape from one of our two decks. Watch the sun go down from your recliner in our loft (you will understand why we named our cabin "Sunset Ours II"). View waterfalls, scenic areas or go for a boat tour of Lake Lure. Our cabin is fully equipped and tastefully decorated with new furniture and equipment. REQUIREMENTS - PERSON-IN-CHARGE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 25 YEARS OLD. Maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed to park at the home. This property is located in a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music or party atmosphere are allowed.
