We stayed for 6 weeks this winter during ski season. We found ourselves calling it home as it truly became a home for us. Very comfortable. Great location - can walk into town to eat and/or shop, grandkids loved being able to walk to the sledding hill in the park, resort bus came into the complex for riding to the ski area. I loved the hot tub and my husband loved the 2 car heated garage to store all our skis, snowshoes, etc. Heidi is a very good "landlord"!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is a great Townhouse, absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time there and Heidi is a great host. The place is also perfect with kids, because the Winterpark playground is just around the corner and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking nearby.

Plenty of space for the whole family, and wonderful considerations for Christmas! Heidi was amazing in handling every detail! Close enough to town, sledding nearby, fabulous hot tub! This is rated excellent, plus!

We absolutely loved staying at the Sawmill Station condo in Winter Park. The layout of the condo was beautiful and the condo and had all of the comforts of home. The condo was walking distance from great restaurants, shopping and other tourist activities including hiking and mountain biking. Heidi was fantastic to work with and she was more than helpful during our visit. My family and I will definitely stay there again.

We had such a great time the first time we stayed at this condo it is the only place we go when we head to Winter Park! Heidi is wonderful and easy to work with and always accommodating. The condo is clean, comfortable, well appointed and the location cannot be beat. Can't wait to get up there this summer.

Stayed last summer and just loved the home! Finely decorated, warm and cozy and a true Rocky Mountain Experience to be had. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9.7 and definitely recommend the stay there at this lovely Sawmill Mountain Townhome!
