Story Land, Santa's Village, Polar Caves, the 1.4 mile hike up to Aretha or something Falls, swimming, ping pong, hot tubbing, and we saw a huge black bear, 2 coyotes, a beaver, a female moose, oodles of chipmunks and a baby red squirrel. It was thrilling for all ages!!! Thanks so much - we built memories at your place!

From the begining I clicked with Tim, the owner. He's relaxed, chatty, informal but clear and informative. People reading this in the UK or Europe, its easy to stay here!! And Tim will guide you through it, hold your hand every step of the way! It is much, much more affordable then staying anywhere else, which leaves you more money for the tax free outlet shopping!! I know the photos look too good to be true but, hand on heart, they don't do it justice!! Loads of seating, 2 different balcony views, beautifully decorated, lots of bedding, pillows and towels.Its spotlessly clean, incredibily tidy, the complex it is in is perfect for young and old alike. The staff at the Seasons are helpful and friendly, like the people of New Hampshire, everyone smiles, everyone cares, its an amazing vacation destination. North Conway, Bartlett and Jackson are all anyone could ever need on vacation, pretty, charming, good activities, great restaurants. But we travelled to Maine, Mass, and Vermont too, you could even reach Canada!! I have, and will continue to recommend this condo to anyone who will listen, family, friends and strangers!! Stay here you will not be disappointed!

Le condo est grand et confortable. Les ados ont apprécié le loft à la mezzanine et le centre avec la piscine et le spa. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement et c'est très facile de faire affaire avec eux. La cuisine est grande mais il manquait quelques casseroles.

We had such a great time at this condo. The set up worked great for my husband and I and our 3 kids. The older boys loved sleeping in the loft and hanging out watching tv on the comfy couches. We did a ton of day trips - storyland, santa's village, conway railroad, flume gorge, cannon mountain and short hikes. Would definitely recommend this unit/

We've styed at The Seasons mant times, and this one was certainly one the the nicest ones of all. There was plenty of room and the place was really clean and decorated really well. The only small issue was that the kitchen was not stocked that well. Other than that wonderful place.

Couldn't Be Better!

The owner responded quickly to a last minute request to rental. We walked in and were so very happy with the condo. For one thing it is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was spotless..a huge plus. It looked like home away from home. I would so recommend this to any of my friends. The loft with the wrap around sofa and tv, games etc was just beautiful and made you want to curl up and relax after lovely walks in the surrounding trails. Just as an aside, there is a gas station/ convenience store within a couple of miles of the condo. They had the BEST soups like split pea with ham and cheddar potato soup. A really nice thing especially for cold days or after a hard day having fun. The train in Conway would be great for the 5 hour trip, the smaller trip was fun but I think I would enjoy the longer one when available through the mountains. By the way, the wood stove was lovely! So all in all, the condo itself was excellent and I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a full week in October and can't wait to return in the winter. The condo was AMAZING!! We spent one day just cooking and lounging by the fire, reading, listening to music, glass of wine on the porch... there are about 100 movies too. The whole area is incredible; one day we drove a couple minutes to the Cider Company and brought some sandwiches from there to a little place in the woods called Cathedral Ledge - perfect picnic! There's a market nearby, along with a Liquor Store and some nice places to eat. Definitely check out the Spaghetti Shed!! Another day we just drove around and checked out North Conway and Jackson, and we found something fun to do nearby, outside, and cheap/free everyday. This was far and away the best vacation ever! no really i want to live here

We stayed here the week of Columbus day. The condo is in a great location for fall activities...Attitash Octoberfest is just a few minutes away, Storyland is about 10 minutes away, and North Conway is about 10 minutes as well. The condo itself was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed there with a 3 year old - this condo is closest to the playground :) and the indoor pool was available for some chilly morning fun. The condo was fully equipped with extra blankets and pilows, lots of videos and DVDs and had two nice balconies to enjoy the foliage. We cooked a lot during the week and had lots of leftovers. If you plan on doing this, bring some extra tupperware and ziplocks. While the condo has general things like sugar, salt, pepper etc. we found we needed to buy a few things. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a getaway in the White Mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very accomodating to us. The club house is such a great perk, especially after a full day of hiking. The check out is just an hour too early and the appliances are a little dated.. ;-) We would definetely stay here again though.

We just returned from our stay at this condo. We found it to be very pleasant and plenty of room. The location is great. The unit is close to the clubhouse which we found very convenient. The pool was very nice. There was a barnfire on Saturday night and you are welcome to bring marshmallows for toasting. The location of the Seasons is very nice because it is not very far off the main road, but it is a very peaceful place. The owner just wants you to go and have a great time. He is very enthusiastic. Check in is in the afternoon, but because the condo was empty the day we were due to check in, he told us to just get there and have a great time. Which we did. We enjoyed our stay.

We just returned from a mid-August week in the condo and would happily return there next year. The location was great, the condo was clean and comfortable and it worked well for our two families. We put three teenage boys in the loft area; they had room to hang out, watch TV and sleep, and we never had to see their mess. We did enjoy, however, the convenience of being able to talk to them from the living area. The kitchen was fairly well stocked (we did buy and leave behind some food storage containers and dish cloths) and very convenient. Tim was a pleasure to work with and handled things promptly and efficiently. We only wish we had noticed the deflated tubes in the closet before we rented them--it was one extra we didn't use.

I've stayed at a couple of condo's at the Seasons and this was by far the nicest. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to the club-house and the open airy space. The owner,Tim, was very helpful and answered any questions we had. I am already planning my next visit.

Great Condo and great White Mountains Location!!

We stayed for a week in late July - my wife and I, children ages 7 & 11. We did a fair amount of research to narrow down to three condos in the Bartlett area...we were very pleased to have chosen this one. Not all Seasons condos have A/C...this is a must for the loft area on hot summer days. As other reviewers have noted, the owner (Tim) was very attentive to our needs...emails and phone calls were promptly returned. I can confirm with the June 2009 reviewer that the clubhouse "only" WiFi is accessible (less than full strength) from the condo deck. The phone did not work when we landed and Tim looked after fixing this. Two of the outside lights did not work...I alerted the front desk and Tim to this and maintenance replaced the light tubes (maintanance takes care of all condo outside lights). This condo is a 1 - 2 minute walk (down a flight of outdoor wooden stairs) to the Clubhouse and that was very convenient for us...accessing the pool, purchasing discounted attraction tickets at the front desk, attending the kid-friendly outdoor bonfire, etc. We brought back a lot of great memories and hope to return some day for skiing, summer, shopping, sightseeing, or all the above!!

Sorry in advance- I’m long winded. We have 2-year-old twins; so finding a place with separate rooms for sleeping on vacation is a must, along with close proximity to a lot of attractions and things to do. This condo was perfect! It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and is decorated very nicely (we saw quite a few others when we were researching renting and they looked very old-fashioned with wallpaper and everything). This one is extremely clean and everything looks brand new. We were also pleasantly surprised that this was probably was one of the closest condo's to the clubhouse (where the pool, jacuzzi, game room and playground are). Just down the stairs behind the building and you are there. We brought our laptop so we could check the weather, email, movie show times etc. The WiFi is $5 for a week and "works in the clubhouse only" (however with the condo being so close we were able to get the signal right on the back deck and also in the living room by the window without having to go down to the clubhouse with our computer just to check something really quick. This owner was very easy to coordinate with and was very quick and attentive with all of our questions. It was a pleasure. There are so many little things that helped us out during our trip that he has done to the place that were a surprise and made everything just so easy to slip right in and feel at home. You can clearly tell he really wants his guests to have a nice relaxing time. For example, he has little typed up notes here and there for you. Like on the DVD player saying, "to watch a movie hit TV/video once on the TV remote." They have a ton of both VHS and DVD movies, something for everyone. There are also pamphlets and restaurant menus in the drawers, which we used quite a bit. Another thing we were surprised at was just how stocked the kitchen was. We have stayed at places before with a pan, some dishes, cups etc--what you would expect. This one has everything you would ever need...even a food processor/chopper and garlic press. I would recommend brining a gate if you have little ones for the stairs going up to the loft. If they are smart they can get around the side by ducking, but we put a box there and they never even noticed there was a sneaky way around. Perfect location, perfect condo, and perfect owner=perfect vacation (and that is hard to say with 2 year old twins HA HA

Great Vacation

Just returned from a week long ski vacation. This condo is a perfect place to have as your base. It is centrally located between many mountains and restaurants. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for everyone. I look forward to renting it again in the future.

We had a great ski weekend at the condo. The location was ideal as we skiied Wildcat the first day and Atitash the next. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need and Tim the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We took the recommendation of another visitor's review and went to the Red Fox Grille for the Sunday Breakfast Buffet. I was fabulous! It was $7.99 and I highly recommend it. Another bonus is that you can get $5 off lift tickets to Atitash at the clubhouse in the complex. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Great Family Getaway

We (4 adults and 3 children under age 5) all returned from a weekend away at this condo. We have stayed at the Seasons a number of times in the past but found this unit to be one of the cleanest and best decorated units. We drove up to Santa's Village (approx 45 minutes away) and it was great. The proximity to area attractions and dining (especially family friendly dining) makes this unit a perfect getaway. We would definitely recommend the Muddy Moose restaraunt in North Conway and the Red Fox Tavern in Jackson. The Red Fox Tavern has a great buffet on Sundays where adults are $8 and children 4 and up are $5. The owner, Tim, was a pleasure to deal with and always responded promptly when we posed a question. We will definitely return to this location in the future.

My husband and I and our 4 year old son just spent a glorious Columbus Day weekend in this condo! LOTS of room and most everything we needed for our mini-vacation. The condo was clean and we could definitely tell that it's being well-maintained by the owners. The entire condo complex is very family-friendly, making this location a great choice! This condo is Grade A. Clean, just spacious enough, wood stove, and who can forget the golden ratio racing stripes in the loft. I highly recommend spending a few minutes perusing the VHS collection. I found an old He-Man Masters of the Universe episode and proceeded to gobble up 22 minutes of vacation time while sipping a coke and Sailor Jerry! Fall foliage was incredible, but this is a year round destination. Close to everywhere and quiet all the same. We'll definitely be back!

Our family just spent a week here and we loved everything about our stay. The condo is great! We loved the way it’s decorated but more importantly it’s CLEAN and spacious. The loft area provides that extra hang-out space equipped with plenty of games, movies and comfy seating. The condo is PERFECTLY located, very close to N. Conway and conveniently located for trips to Mt. Washington, Franconia Notch and many other attractions of the White Mountains. The condo resort is also very nice and we enjoyed taking some nightly walks after dinner. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and it is easy to see that they put a lot into making this a great place to stay. We would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone. We’ll be back!

Our company of 6 (4 adults + children) reserved this condo for 2 nights Labor Day weekend. The condo was cleaned to perfection, everything was on hand (soap, dishes, utensils, additional towels and bedding). It was a short drive to North Conway for shopping and dining and just a mile away from Attitash ski area/alpine and water slides. The children enjoyed the loft area to play with the many games on site. The owner was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this rental property to anyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the White Mountains. It was everything we were hoping for and more. We would recommand this condo to anyone who needs to get away and feel free. The condo was not to far from the outlets and closer still to Storyland. There are restaurants to choose from and with the help of Tim (the owner) we must say we really enjoyed the Red Parka Pub. Tim was very efficient and always ready to answer any of our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The condo was beautiful and the cleaniness of the condo made our stay all the more enjoyable. We have already told our friends back home about our positive experience and we're sure that Tim will be hearing from Montrealers. We are looking forward to getting away again and returning to a place that truly felt like a home away from home.
