This is a wonderful and charming log and stone lake view home that can be rented either in its entirety or by main and upper levels, making it an ideal choice for two families vacationing together or even a small corporate retreat. An elevator and walk-in showers make this ideal for the handicapped. Each level has a private entrance and wrap around deck, complete with gas grill and picnic table, perfect for enjoying spectacular Lake Glenville sunsets and evening breezes.
The main floor entrance, through double French doors, opens into an intimate and comfortably appointed living/dining room featuring a queen sleeper sofa and gas log fireplace. The kitchen is centrally located and nicely equipped. The master suite is light and open, with a queen sized bed and French doors leading onto the deck, a lovely feature shared by each bedroom in the home. The main floor has a second bedroom with two single beds, a second bath, and a utility closet with a washer and dryer.
The upper level entrance opens into a cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa. A lovely living/dining room with great lake views features cathedral ceilings, a gas log fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, and a game table. The master suite is spacious and has a king size bed and private bath with double vanity. The kitchen on this level is nicely designed and well equipped. Another bath and utility closet with washer and dryer completes the upper level. The home is air conditioned, has satellite TV on both levels, and a separate phone number for each level. This facility has a dock nearby which is available for water sports.

Why the Owner Chose Glenville
We started looking for a home closer to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. However, life seemed so hectic in that area that we drove east. We found that serenity and unequaled beauty when we found Lake Glenville.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
One of the biggest benefits is simply enjoying the view over Lake Glenville. We also like to boat on the lake, swim off the dock, shop for crafts and antiques, view the many waterfalls and partake of the fine restaurants in the area. We are within a day trip to trendy Asheville, the casino at Cherokee, and even Dollywood.
