Comfortable, two-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath cottage located at 41 Purple Road. Easy two-minute walk to beach and activities. Private dead-end street; safe for children.
The master bedroom has queen-size bed and cable TV.
There is a second bedroom that has twin hi-rise bed with a second twin bed underneath and bunk bed above (unit can sleep 3). Room also has cable TV.
There is a Serta queen-size sleep sofa, cable, DVD player and FREE high-speed internet connection in sunroom. There is also a sitting area in the sunroom with 2 twin size futons - great for reading or working on your laptop. Each futon converts to a standard twin bed.
The eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. There is seating at the kitchen table and/or counter bar.
There is a front porch and a 12x24 back deck overlooking private yard. The back deck is equipped with table and chairs, covered swing, and gas and charcoal grills. A picnic table is located off the deck for additional seating. Enjoy toasted marshmallows and smores by the firepit.
This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.
