Comfortable, two-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath cottage located at 41 Purple Road. Easy two-minute walk to beach and activities. Private dead-end street; safe for children.
The master bedroom has queen-size bed and cable TV.
There is a second bedroom that has two twin beds and cable TV.
There is a Serta queen-size sleep sofa, 32' LCD TV with cable, DVD player and unlimited FREE wireless internet. There is also a sitting area in the sunroom with 2 twin size futons - great for reading or working on your laptop. Each futon converts to a standard twin bed.
The eat-in kitchen with brand new butcher blocker counter/bar comes fully equipped with microwave, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. There is also a small LCD TV in the kitchen to enjoy while you are cooking or having a morning cup of coffee.
There is a front porch and a 12x24 back deck overlooking private yard. The back deck is equipped with table and chairs, covered swing, and brand new gas grill. A picnic table is located off the deck for additional seating. Enjoy toasted marshmallows and smores by the firepit.
This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Casco
After vacationing at Point Sebago for 2 summers I decided this would be the perfect place to own and enjoy until time to sell it and pay for college.
6 years later (with only 1 more until college) selling is the furthest thing from my mind.
We spend as much time as possible here from Spring through Fall and often enjoy the winter activities Maine has to offer.
The cottage is close to the beach and within walking distance to everything.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Beach, boating, golfing and the many resort sponsored activites are wonderful.
Coming to PS for a week allows you to truly get away from it all. There is so much to do inside the resort you may never have to - or want to - leave. We've made many friends and created lasting memories in the time we've been here.

Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our visit. Your cottage was bright, beautiful and immaculate and so close to everything. . We loved the front and backyard also especially the fire pit. My kids loved finding frogs on your property too! The week went by quickly but we did so much. We went to the beach, kids climbed the rock wall, rented jet skis and a pontoon boat, went to a drive in movie, and more. Everything was beautiful and reasonably priced. I would definately recommend this vacation to friends. Thank you again for allowing us to use your home and for making our first trip to Maine an amazing one!

We have stayed at Point Sebago before but never in this lovely resort cottage. This cottage is spacious, well mantained and having 1.5 baths made it perfect since we vacation with 3 children. I would like to thank Lori for making our August 2009 vacation very pleasurable.
