This home is located in the greater Phoenix Metro Area, in the city
of Cave Creek. Cave Creek borders Scottsdale and the Desert Ridge
area of Phoenix.

This fully furnished, light and bright ranch-style rambler home was
built in 1999 and is located in the desirable Tatum Highlands
subdivision. This home is available for rent by the week or month-to-month!

This home features four bedrooms (sleeping 8) with a king bed in the master bedroom and the three additional bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom is fully furnished with hardwood headboards, dressers with mirrors and night stands. There is a total of 2,100 sq. ft. of living space.

There are two full bathrooms (one in the master suite), a fully-
equipped kitchen and spacious dining area.

You will find lovely tile flooring throughout the home and a
spacious 'great room' floor plan.

There is a luxurious heated pool with hot tub and gas fire pit. Pool heat is an extra charge of $150 - $250 per week (seasonal). We
recommend pool heat from October to June, depending on the weather.

The yard is fully landscaped with a Southwest desert feel.
