This was our second stay because it was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean, tidy and quiet. The condo is close to the pool/hot tub and club house which is again clean and quiet. The location is great and makes a good base to visit the parks. Steve is easy to deal with and communicates via email very quickly. Andy (England)

This condo is awesome! It was very close to disney. The drive from the condo to disney was an easy drive. The condo community is very quiet. The condo is very nice for the price. We will stay here again for our disney vacation next year. Steve (owner) was very easy and nice to deal with. He was very prompt in responding to emails. We had questions concerning the internet connection and property management came right over to answer our questions. Thank you Steve for allowing us to stay in your condo. This condo made our disney vacation awesome! This was our seventh time to disney, and our best time.

My family and I loved this condo. It was smack dab in the middle of everything. We were literally 10mins away from Disney World. There is a McDonalds down the street and outlet shopping to some of the finest restaurants 15-20mins away. The condo was clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. The condo community is very quiet which was well welcomed after a long day at the parks. The pool was clean and right across the street. We will defiently stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay and the best location to everything!!

This was are second stay at steve's condo. we stopped here again because it ticks all the boxes for us. Its close to the 192 and disney. Ideal for food shopping at walmart just up the road, there's a mcdonalds at the bottom of the road to keep the kids happy. we had another wonderful time here. The people we met round pool were friendly and the pool was very clean and tidy. The club house has just been decorated and there was free coffee (bonus) and the staff there where very helpful. All in all we've stopped here twice and would definitely use it again. Steve is a pleasure to deal with, the rates are great. What are you waiting for book it and see!

Great comfy stay while at Disney

We stayed for 7 nights , the family is the wife , myself and 3 children. The place was roomy we all felt like we had more than enough room. It was clean and had all the basics we needed , plus a new tv showed up just before we did so that is a bonus. This condo is clean and well kept , the pool area was also very nice and is located right by the condo , we would stay again. If you are staying for Disney , take a left on Siesta go down to the stop sign and take a right , go through 2 or 3 lights until you see the sign for Oceola Parkway , hop on pay 75 cents and be at Disney in 10 mintues from leaving your front door.

Ma famille et moi avons passé 1 semaine formidable dans ce Condo. Il est très agréable, il a tout le confort indispensable pour les vacances. L'environnement est très calme et sécurisé. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. L'appartement est propre, bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Nous avons été vraiment enchanté, c'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Ce que nous avons surtout apprécié, c'est qu'il est vraiment proche des principales attractions DISNEY, SEAWORLD et des Outlets. Il y a des markets tout près pour faire quelques courses et des restaurants pour sortir diner. Je recommande vraiment ce condo, je pense d'ailleurs que nous y retournerons. Nous nous y sommes sentis vraiment comme à la maison. Nous avons même utilisé les poussettes à disposition qui se sont révélée bien pratique pour notre fille. Je remercie Steve pour sa disponibilité également.

From the start Steve was wonderful. He got back to my e-mails almost right away. The condo was everything we were looking for. It was clean, well taken care of and close to everything. If we haven't bought something ourselves we will definitely be keeping this condo in mind for future visits. We have aleady recommended it to many friends.

This place was amazing! My family and I stayed here, and we were able to have a wonderful time. Typically in a hotel room we are ready to be done in a few days, because we can't stand being on top of each other, with this we were all able to go into our own rooms, watch a little tv, and relax. The whole condo was very clean, the carpet and tile could be nicer, but who cares when you soaking up the sun in florida! We enjoyed it and highly recommend it.

Great place to stay

We rented the place while we were on vacation to go to Disney. My daughter loved the decorated bed room. The master bedroom was wonderful. Lots of space and nicely decorated. It is located near everything, very easy to get to from Orlando. The only neg thing I have is the temp and size of the pool. The pool was just as warm as it was outside and not that big. The owner was great to work with and we had no problems. It is well equipted. We will be back if it is avail next year.

We have been to Florida many times and stayed in Villa's. The Condo was a lot better and closer to Disney. Everything you need is there and the pool is excellent (heated) lean and refreshing. One very happy holidayer.

A true home away from home!

This condo felt just like home. The beds were comfortable, there was an endless supply of hot water for all 8 of us, the living room was spacious enough for the kids to play in, and the kitchen had everything we needed! The condo is close to great restaurants, take-aways, fast-food places and of course, all the theme parks. There are 3 TVs in the house which meant we didn't have to fight over over the TV control or what show to watch. I could go on! It was the best decision we made, and will definetely book this condo again the next time we're in Orlando. Oh, and best of all... they have great rates and Steve will answer all your questions promptly even if it means he has to stay up past midnight! Thanks Steve!! PS. There are two short flight of stairs to get to the condo (limited accessibility)

We were very impressed with how nice the condo was. The living/dining area is large with an open space design. Master bedroom is also big. Beds are comfy. Perfect location to get to everything easily. Steve was great to work wtih and everything went very smoothly. Relatives came to dinner one night while we were there and they were very impressed with "our place" especially the price! Thanks Steve, you're the BEST. .

We just returned from our trip, we had a wonderful time. The condo was just as described. It was very clean and everything that was needed was supplied. It is roomy enough for a big family. There was six of us, 3 adults and three children. The location is perfect. It is close to everything and just far enough away to escape the craziness. There is a super Target about 3 minutes away to get anything and everything that you may need. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from, which is a nice alternative to the pricey junk food in the parks, Plus staying in the condo gives you the freedom of cooking at home. We did not get to use the pool because of the weather, but it looked beautiful and again, very clean. We did take advantage of the clubhouse the children had alot of fun. The property owner is kind and very easy to work with. The price of the property is a bargain. We all really enjoyed ourselves and would definately recommend this property to a friend and hope to return ourselves.

Our stay at the sweetwater club

This rental was a nice place to stay as it is in a great location. As the description states, it is very close to many restaurants, shopping, and disney world. The condo itself is in ok condition. Some of the complaints that we had about it were the cleanliness of the place. It really needs to be deep cleaned. All of the walls are dirty, especially around the door knobs. They really need to wipe the doors down, especially in the bathroom. The floor had some wrappers on it in one of the rooms. There was mold in some of the tile in the bathroom. Also, to make others aware, the bathroom window in the master bedroom is visible from the street and there is nothing there to block anyone from seeing in. We didn't realize this until the second day we were there and we had to go and buy a plastic tablecloth to act as a window curtain as the window is right where you shower. Other than those couple of things we enjoyed our time at the condo.

Owner response: Just thought I would add a update after this review. I was extremly concerned with the cleanliness issues raised on the review by disneyfans6 from Utah. The issues have since been resolved with review of the cleaning of the condo after changeovers. The mold has been cleaned off and the doors and walls wiped down. The condo is now back to the cleanliness standards I expect from myself and for my customers. I am in the condo during March this year and will be painting through to bring it back to the excellent state it should be in. We plan to frost the window in the bathroom during our stay. I can assure you that this window is set above shoulder height and would be difficult to see in because of the way the light falls, but neverless we will be frosting it over. We have completed many updated over the past year including a new Fridge Freezer, Living room & Master Bedroom furniture. As I also mentioned we will be painting the condo in March so please read some more of the reviews provided and you will see this was not the normal. The review was 4/5 and after speaking to the reviewer he did mentioned that the review read worse than it actually was. But thanks to this review I was able to tackle the poor cleaning standards. I stopped in this condo with my wife and two children aged 9 and 12. We found it to be a great base for our holiday, being as it idealy located just off the 192 within easy access fo all the attractions that orlando has to offer. (We timed it one day and it took us just 7 mins from setting off to parking up at Disney.) The condo is well equiped with everything we needed for our stay, and with more than enough room for us not to get under each others feet.. even with all the shopping we had lying around!!! My son took his laptop with him and we managed to connect it with the wifi modem in the condo in minutes, which kept him happy and also came in handy. we found Steve brilliant to deal with and he answered all our questions very quickly and kept us upto date with everything we needed to Know. We had a great holiday and are already planning to going back next year, and if we do we'll be in contact with Steve again...

Convenient , Affordable Orlando Condo

My family has always stayed at Disney properties in the past, however this time we decided we needed a more spacious and economical alternative. This condo was a bargain and had all the comforts of home and space that our family of five needed. It was also very conveniently located being close to Disney, Seaworld and a Walmart (for grocery shopping). Check in and check out were a breeze, overall I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Spent a week here - 2 mothers with adult daughters - in October 2009. Enjoyed 4 days at Disney and numerous hours at the pool ...met many people from various countries....and enjoyed the friendliness of the complex...The area was quiet and in a great location close to Disney as well as major shopping outlets and restaurants.....Check in and out was very easy...and could've been easier if I'd brought my instructions...Steve called the next morning to check and make sure all was in order for us.....everything was perfect - spacious, clean and quiet....it was wonderful to return after a day of trudging through the park in 90+degree weather.....the showers had great water pressure and the beds were very comfy ....we had looked at numerous rentals on the internet and chose this one since there were so many positive reviews, good pictures and a great price....Steve, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and we would highly recommend this rental.....my daughter and I definitely plan to return...we had a wonderful time....Thank you, Steve, for sharing your second home with us.... it was an awesome vacation!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute!!!!

Wonderful Time

I'm Sean and my wife and I rented this property for our honeymoon. It was everything that we could have hoped for and better than any hotel or resort. It was just like being at home. The property was very clean and the condo taken care of. I messed up and forgot the confirmation information and had to call the owner and Steve even at 9:30 PM his time was willing to sit there on the phone with me telling me the process. It was very close to Disney and just about everything we did in Orlando. This property was perfect and I would go back again. I would recommend this to anyone and actually have already been recommending it.

Great Position

From the outset we have had a very good response to all our questions from Steve. The condo is very well placed near to all amenities. It took us around 10 mins to get to the major attractions. The condo is spacious and well appointed with dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The clubhouse is just across the street, and play area can be seen from the lounge window. We had a couple of problems but contacted the agents and maintenence were with us within the hour. I did ask Steve if there is a shaver point in bathroom, unfortunately this is not the european type so were unable to recharge toothbrush! Some very good eating houses within 5 mins drive , as is Old Town. All in all we had a wonderful stay at this condo and would certainly recommend to a friend.

Ideal parks holiday accommodation

Loads of room and a quiet mature location within easy driving distance of all major attractions, shopping etc. There is even a large Wal Mart minutes away for essential shopping for bread and milk etc. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi on site. All the essentials provided, good size to all bedrooms especially the master bedroom and huge comfy bed with plenty of storage space. An ideal base for a Florida Holiday ( i even managed to catch some fish from the on site ponds!) Excellent communication from owner thanks, would recommend to a friend as good value all round.

Accurate description. Quiet, convenient location. Had all the amenities of a home. It seemed worn and not taken care of. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would stay there again.

We just returned from a one week holiday in this condo. It was excellent - very spacious. The description and photos were entirely accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. The laundry and dishwasher detergent were much appreciated. The owner provided excellent customer service. He was available by telephone and email for any questions during the booking of our reservations. We would certainly recommend to friends. It was great having wifi. We liked the Longhorn Steak restaurant and Flippers Pizza, also Kissimmee Golf Club (15 min. drive). We would love to stay here again.

Great Base for Theme Parks

We wanted a location close to Disney, Universal and Seaworld and that was exactly what we got. 20 Minutes max. to any of the named locations! Lots of shopping opportunities within a few minutes... The handling was great: key pickup and directions fail-safe! Also easy contact to the owner. Any E-Mail was answered within 24 hours. Housekeeping service was also great (special thanks to Anne from London!) Definitely better than staying in one of those roadside motels! Thanks to Steve! Chris & Claudia

A holiday in paradise, a home from home

Right from the outset we found the owner easy to deal with, and quickly answering any queries we had. This high standard of service was carried through upon our arrival, when collecting the keys. Having visited Florida almost every year since 1974, we have seen the good, the bad, and the downright uninhabitable. Very happy to report that this condo, was light, bright, clean, airy and spacious, and just as described ,very recently refurbished to a very high standard. Obviously in the tropics one encounters the odd ant or other insect, but nothing untoward here. The one slight problem with the toilet, which was rectified the same day. This is an extremely cost effective condo, with others , of far less quality ,on the site commanding twice the price of this one. Sweetwater club is a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil setting. The pool area too has recently been renovated to a high standard, and the pool is actually heated to a comfortable level during the colder months.We did not see any more than just a few people around the pool at any one time, and we were there almost all day every day when it was warm enough. It is less than 5 minutes to all the restaurants including a 24 hour hypermarket on route 192, and not much longer to Disney. All in all we had a thoroughly restful and enjoyable stay and would, unreservedly give this condo our highest recommendation, and are sure to re-book it on our next trip to Florida.

Eine wunderschöne riesengroße Wohnung, für 6 Personen optimal. Toll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Poolanlage ist gleich gegenüber, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, alle Parks sind in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Kurz und gut sehr zentral gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos ab, es war alles wie beschrieben. Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder ) erlebten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Orlando, nicht das letzte Mal!!! Übrigens, man hat es mit einem sehr, sehr netten Vermieter zu tun... Danke! Klaudia

We went to Orlando 13 days to enjoy the theme parks and this condo was perfect for this kind of vacations. At the end of each day at the parks it was great to get home and spend some time relaxing at the jacuzi. The house have enough space to everyone, is in very good conditions, have all the things we need in a vacation. The condo is also very good to be with kids, play area and is a very quiet place. Location is also incredible, near from everything you need as supermarkets, restaurants and only a few minutes by car to Disney´s and Universal, this was perfect for us. If i return to Orlando to do this kind of vacation i will try to have this house again.

For relaxing, the location of the condo is one of the best places we ever had in Orlando. We really had a good time, but our staying was to short just one week. For all atractions in Orlando, the location of the condo is recomanded. For relaxing this will be a nice place to stay.

Lots of room-very clean and had all the comforts of home. The owner was wonderful to work with, as was the agency where we picked up the keys. The entire property was clean and maintained well. Definately would recommend this condo.

A bunch of my friends and I just recently took a trip to Florida and we rented this villa while there. It was great, we had all the space we needed and it was cheaper for us then staying in hotel rooms. We could cook food there which meant more money to spend on having fun. It was a really great trip and I recommend this property to anyone thinking about going.

We really enjoyed our time in your condo. It is ideally located for Disney and close to all the restaurants and activities any family could want to visit - including the shoppping malls, outlet malls, Seaworld and Universal. It was extremely clean and the cleaning service had done some marvellous things with the towels! The boys were delighted with their 'Cars' room as we were with ours.

We had a very good time at the condo. It was the first time we didn't stayed in a hotel or motel in the USA.But staying over here was the best option. The condo is really spacious,very clean,equipped with everything you need, a lot of linens. The very nearby tenniscourt and swimmingpool, as well as the nice clubhouse, was higly appreciated. The surroundings are beautiful, as on the pictures. The place is very quiet but very close to everything; shopping, restaurants, theme-parks etc. What we appreciated was the coffee etc. as we only arrived during nighttime. The front- and the backporch are also a bonus as we like to sit and eat outside. And last but not least , the owners are very kind and helpfull. Thanks again Steve! Josee and Dirk

We had a great time. The apartement was nice, and like what it looked like on internet. It was fine to have access to a warmed pool. The apartement was clean and easy to find., and we can recomend this property.

The Condo was clean, spacious and located close to everything. The High speed Internet access, while not wireless was a great boon to have. The large common area (Living room, dining room, open kitchen) provided a nice place for our whole group to entertain without feeling cramped. Highly recommended. JT

Owner response: Thanks JT We have had wifi now for nearly a year. When you stayed it had just been installed and cable was the only way to connect. You can go anywhere in the condo and get at least a 4 bar wifi signal it is fantastic!!

Two golfers looking for sun and warmth enjoyed the condo very much. Location was near golf courses and restaurants. Pool was enjoyable. Well furnished and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Internet was installed while we were there and helped the booking ot tee times a lot (Used golfnow.com for good deals). Certainly recommend it to anyone needing three bedrooms. Will be back
