About the owner: Since 1981 I have been a Realtor/Investor with roots in the Rhode Island seaside communities I recognized the cozy neighborhood aspects that Sarasota and its Keys have to offer with similaities to Ogunquit, Me, and Watch Hill, RI.
Why the Owner Chose St. Armands Key:
St Armands Key is very user friendly with great support services (medics etc) on the island. The key offers the character of natural Florida and very interesing history as it being the free roaming pasture to John Ringling's elephants, anything grows on St. A's.
