Our duplex is right on the beach! Enjoy and relax on the sparsely populated beaches. Get away from the Orange Beach condo scene and enjoy your private paradise. The view from the den and balconies are breathtaking. Kids and adults will enjoy the heated pool and large beach area. Our beach has plenty of room for a game of kickball, volleyball or beach tents!
We have one of the only heated pools on the beach and it is GREAT this time of year!
WE HAVE ALWAYS JUST RENTED ONE SIDE BUT FOR FAMILIES THAT NEED MORE ROOM AND WANT TO STAY TOGETHER (BUT HAVE SOME PRIVACY) THIS IS A PERFECT SET-UP! THE DUPLEXES ARE SEPARATE.NO MIDDLE DOOR. ONE SIDE SLEEPS 12 THE OTHER 10. TWO KITCHENS, 6 BATHROOMS, AND 8 BEDROOMS!
You will find BOTH duplex updated and very clean. We have High speed DSL Internet access with Dell Desktop computer including scanner, copier, fax, and printer. (Small office space has been set up). We have 4 TV's, 4 DVD's,a VCR, CD PLAYER and two drawers full of games,cards,books and DVD"S ON EACH SIDE.We have a fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops and all major and minor appliances. Ready for those who want to prepare a home cooked meal.
All of our bedrooms were prepared with comfort in mind. Top of the line Therapeutic Mattresses and Black Out window treatments.Two of the Bedrooms have King Size mattresses and two have Queen. In one of the Queen bedrooms, a set of bunk beds are ready for the kids! Three of the four bedrooms have private balconies.THE OTHER SIDE IS IDENTICAL.
Our outdoor living begins with covered parking for two, but up to 4 cars are allowed PER SIDE. Our balcony has outdoor furniture overlooking the heated pool with plenty of chaise lounges, tables and bar stools. Our gas grill is located in the pool area so everyone can enjoy a great cook-out including the cook!
IF YOU ONLY NEED ONE SIDE, THAT IS FINE, BUT KNOW IF THE OTHER SIDE IS RENTED, YOU WILL HAVE A SHARED POOL.
The only thing that stands in between you and the gulf front beach is our private boardwalks and outdoor showers.
We are located on West Beach Blvd. About 2 miles from traffic light on hwy.59 (Take right at Hwy.59) It is close to major restaurants,shopping and golf courses.
Other activities in area:
National Wildlife Refuge, Alabama Birding trail, Deep-sea fishing, Lots of Antique Malls, Dolphin tours and a waterpark.

Absolutely a wonderful getaway for our group of 8 40-something ladies. It was an amazing 4 days away from all the stress of our jobs and family duties. Everything about the duplex is as listed or better and the heated pool was great!
Recommended for:Girls getaway.

This is a great place to stay. We have stayed for the last 3 years, and had a wonderful vacation each time. You will feel very spoiled - the view and having the pool all to yourself. Why stay in a crowded condo/high-rise? Carol couldn't be better to work with. I would recommend this place to everyone. Maybe I shouldn't because I won't have a place to stay if it books up!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

The house is great and has everything you need. Very clean and updated. The place is located away from the high rises so you have a lot of beachfront to yourself. The kids loved the pool and there is lots of patio area too. The homeowner is nice, helpful and easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything that the owner states on this site is very accurate. The house is nicer then the pictures and has plenty of space. The kitchen was well set up and the quality of the dishes were great. You don't have to pay for a dolphin tour because you can see plenty of dolphins daily from the house. Having our own pool all to ourselves was the best. Many others renting approached us and stated that our house was nicer then what they were renting and they did not have a pool and paid the same price as we did. It was quiet and not crowded at all. Bring umbrella's though for shade or a canopy for the beach or you can rent. It is nice to get some shade if you go during the summer. The owner was great to deal with. We hope to go back next year. The kids loved the house and the beach and there were lots of volleyball nets along the beach. The sunsets were amazing. You won't be dissapointed with this lovely home. The owner has thought of everything you will need!

Great house. Carol is great to work with and the place exceeded out expectations. The heated pool is Super! Beds are 5 star. Kitchen is well stocked with terrific cookware. Would highly recommend.
