Stayed for a weekend to see the sites and drive across the K hway to Storyland. Very nice accomodations in a great location. We had 4 adults, a 3 yrold and a baby and there was more than enought space. The condo was very clean and everything was in great working order. Thanks Keith, looking forward to staying here again.

my friends and I have bees staying there for the past 3 years and it is a great, clean place to stay! We also have 4 young children who come along with us. It is spacious condo to rent to enjoy a getway from home. We love it there adn wouldnt want to stay anywhere else!

My Home Away from Home

I have stayed at Keith's condo 4 times in the past year, once in each season. The condo is immaculate and has all the comforts of home. Truth be told it is actually a little better than my home. Having been a frequent visitor to New Hampshire for the past 25 years I have foregone staying at commercial properties and now stay exclusively at privately owned places. Keith's condo is located close to season round activities for both children and adults. There is even a first rate tattoo parlor just 5 minutes away. New Hampshire has something for everyone from nature, to skiing, to theme parks for the children, to outlet shopping just 40 minutes across the Kancamangus in North Conway. Keith's condo is nearby all of these activities and more. Even if you just want to relax and watch a few movies on the DVD player sitting in front of a cozy fire, Keith's is a fine place to do it.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Me and my friends have stayed in Keith's condo for the last ten or elevens years. It's the only place we will stay. The condo is great, really clean and Keith is a doll.

this is a great condo, clean, nice, well furnished, good amenities, and great location near the beacon. We were awed, and WILL be staying here again! Owner was courteous, nice, and renting process very easy! I would definately recomend this to a friend (my friends that visited LOVED it too!)

We had a great time during our stay at Keith's condo. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need: a fully supplied kitchen, music, magazines, games (adult and kids), etc. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommendable!!

The perfect home away from home!

We have rented Keith's condo multiple times in the last 3 years and have brought different guests each time and they were impressed with all the accomodations. We come from Montreal and find the condo to have easy access and even by being in Canada, Keith makes it simple to make the necessary arrangements. You basically don't have to bring anything because everything is there; linen, towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher, games, dvd, stereo, etc. Being hiking fanatics, we believe this is the perfect place for hiking the great White Mountains. Thank you, Keith, for sharing you place with us.

Girls weekend away! We had a blast. Friday night hung out and bonded. Saturday hiking, did the gondola ride, went shopping, played scrabble. Went to Pegs for breakfast. Mr. W's Pancake house much better. Dinner went to Woodstock Inn. Great food! Saturday night partied some more!!! Sunday went horseback riding. It was beautiful! Sad to go home. After a perfect week of hiking, boating, tramways, mini-golf, baseball, soccer, more hiking, swimming and Polly's Pancake Palor, our 4-year old will most likely go home and say "Guess what Mom-Mom...I got stung by a bee!!! Seriously, fantastic place...wonderful, memorable family getaway

We had a great time. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday. We went horseback riding at Franconia Inn, went to the Flume and enjoyed playing in the rocks at the Basin. Very relaxing and great having a beautiful condo to relax and enjoy the peaceful evenings and mornings. Will definatly be back...Marie Enjoyed spending a peaceful vacation with my Mom for her birthday. Loved the Flume and the horseback riding. Great family vacation!!! Hit all the hot spots...Clarkes, Whales Tail, The Flume... Saw Old Man "all over" the Mountain. HA! Keith - Loved your place! We had a really nice time and our daughter, Katie, turned out to be a real outdoors girl - I think she's the youngest ever to climb up to the waterfalls from the basin! And we were able to rent a baby backpack so we covered a lot of ground. We'll keep your number - we hope to go up again sometime before winter.

Really love the condo! The location is perfect! Lots of things to do in the immediate area and a short drive to Conway for shopping!!!(my wife is assisting me as I write this,can you tell?) You can't always count on great weather and not much for night life but with a dvd player in the condo it's a good chance to catch up on some movies. Having 2 bathrooms is also great since my wife takes up much of the first one with all her sundried beauty items. Thanks Keith and look forward to coming back again and again and again....

My birthday weekend...31! Coming up here made me feel better about being "over 30" now. Beautiful view, great condo. This place has it all! Wonderful places to eat-me and my husbands favorite hobby! Woodstock Inn for lunch, Common Man for dinner...both excellent! Lit the fire all weekend. Rained on Sunday, so we were happy to hang in and watch movies. Keith, you have made this condo a comfy home away from home. You'll never get rid of us now! Thanks so much.

Brought Travis on his first vaca, 3 1/2 months old. He loved the condo, home away from home. Figured we would introduce him to the place young, since it is our favorite place to vacation anytime of the year. The guys skiied for 3 days and Travis and Mom had quality time in the mountains. Had dinner at the Common Man...very good food, even better desserts. Can't wait to bring Travis up in the warm weather and go hiking...his big brothers favorite pastime. Had an awesome time. The boys said skiing at Loon was great. Thanks.
