Hi Mel, I just wanted to drop in and let you know what a fantastic time my family had while staying at your home! Lots of room, and we enjoyed the heated pool almost every night. We had everything we needed to make our week long trip easy and comfortable. So close to EVERYTHING! Thanks again!

We will certainly keep you in mind and recommend you to friends and family. Everything was as advertised and the couple of minor issues were handled promptly which we really appreciate. Now if you could have just fixed the weather the first part of the week it would have been great. It was a good trip for all even with the rain. We had family staying at Westgate and invited them over for cake and ice cream for one of the kids birthday. Having all of the extra room was great. Again thanks for the use of the house and the very reasonable rates.

We had a GREAT time at the house. We had a few issues with the pool heat the first 3 days, but the management company was great and it finally got resolved. It was a great neighborhood to stay in and very convenient to the activities we did. We hope to be able to stay in your home again, but I know we will have to plan ahead because you are so booked up!! Thanks so much for everything!:):):)

We had a great time in Florida - how could we not when we were staying in your lovely villa? We had some very minor problems with the pool (a green discoloration (possibly algae) and with the TV but they were sorted out very quickly by your agents while we went out.for the day. I mention them only to thank them for such good service. Our travel arrangements all went according to plan although we did have a bit of a bumpy ride over the remnants of Hurricane Igor, and the weather was absolutely perfect but for one afternoon of heavy rain. We made full use of the villa's many facilities and added a few books to your library. The villa more than met our requirements and expectations. It was the 15th time that we have hired a Kissimmee villa All but one of them have been good ( the poor one was at Bass Lakes about 9 years ago) but your villa is the one that we enjoyed the most. It has all the facilities that we want. is ideally situated and excellent value for money. We would all love to return and I will contact you again when we have sorted out our arrangements for next year. Thanks again for being so understanding and generous back in April wheb we had to reschedule our holiday due to the volcanic ash cloud.:):):)

Villa fabulous. Clean and very spacious with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Disney Parks were amazing and so close to the Villa. There were also loads of nice restaurants to choose from nearby. Hoping to return when funds allow

We really enjoyed our stay at your house. The location is fabulous. The house is nice and comfortable. Our stay has been great. We will recommend this house to our friends and we will be back in the future. The floor plan along with the private pool area and quiet neighbourhood makes this a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful house, enjoyed our stay. Our stay was wonderful. Enjoyed our nightly swims after long hot days in the parks. Great location with shopping, parks and restaurants nearby. Felt completely safe and would definitely rent from you again.:)

Had a great holiday, the villa was great. Clean and comfortable, felt like home. The pool area was great. Sun from the moment you get up in the morning until sunset. Location great. Route 192 has an unbelievable choice of shops and restaurants only 5 minutes away from the villa. Hope to be back soon.

The villa felt like homw. Great location to so many things like shopping, attractions and golf. Even got to see the Daytona Races. Had a blast.
