Enjoy a stay at our beautiful, newer Home located within the award winning Beachwalk Resort Community. Constructed in 2005, this 3 Bedroom, 2 -1/2 bath home is fully-furnished and has everything you need to have a relaxing, fun-filled get-away. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the cooking utensils (pans, plates, and silverware) that you will need. Don’t feel like cooking? A local catering company is available to cater all of your meals during your stay; ask for details. The living space includes a living room, dining room, laundry room, a large screened porch off of the living room, a covered porch off of the Master Suite, and a deck overlooking the wooded lot off of the kitchen.
The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The second and third bedrooms have french doors leading to the covered porch which provide nice views of the resort community. There is room in the bedrooms for a Queen air mattress (please request if needed) for extra sleeping space. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well.
The home is located on a charming cul-de-sac steps away from the Green Grass Park, where kids can play sports or have a family picnic. It is close to all of the amenities that Beachwalk has to offer, including the in-ground swimming pool, grassy putting green, waterfall, beautiful Lake Kai (swimming and fishing allowed), basketball and sand volleyball courts, coffee shop, cafe, playground and more! An elevated 400 foot boardwalk gives guests access to 4 miles of Lake Michigan’s best beach, where you can enjoy an evening sunset while roasting marshmallows over a bonfire. Or, simply take a scenic walk around the neighborhood and admire all the different colored houses with white picket fences. Don’t forget the bikes, rollerblades and scooters!
