Majestic View was constructed in August, 2004. Decorated in a sophisticated but comfortable mountain motif, this beautiful Home offers the ultimate in a vacation rental..outdoor hot tub, gas grill, card table, pool table, 52" screen TV in game room and other TV's throughout the Home, DSL internet service, mountain views and a great floor plan. The living room has a stone fireplace, mountain views and plenty of comfortable seating.
Flanking the living room is a large kitchen and dining area. The full- equipped kitchen has granite counter tops with breakfast bar on one side and service bar on the other. The kitchen opens to a large, round, dining table set in an alcove with wrap-around windows. The gas grill and outdoor hot tub are located on the deck just off the dining area. The Den is adjacent to the kitchen with entertainment center, sleeper sofa and several lounge chairs. On the lower level is a game room with bar, pool table, 52" TV and large seating area and sleeper sofa.
Bedding: Master bedroom: King and private bath with jetted tub, fireplace and large glass shower, Bedroom 2 - Queen, TV and private bath, Bedroom 3 - Queen, TV and private bath. Bedroom 4 - 2 twins and private bath. Amenities include: outdoor hot tub, DSL internet service, pool table, gas grill, views, shuttle access and 2 car garage with 2 additional driveway parking spaces. Located on Sheppard Circle. I bought this property because Vail resorts was planing of building the Gondola off Main Street. This home was on the shuttle run and only 2 stops to the Gondola. It was approved and built 4 years later.

I have rented a number of VBRO properties in the past and the experience I had with this rental was among the best. While the pictures and descriptions are representative, the rental is much more livable than can be gleaned by the pictures. The location worked out great for our group in that we could avoid the heavy traffic that builds up on Rt. 9 going into the town of Breckenridge and we could reach town via the free bus service a short walk from the house. The place in great condition upon our arrival and the hot tub on the porch provided many relaxing evenings for our group. Finally the owner, Mike, was both considerate and easy to work with. You cannot go wrong with this property!

This property is in a perfect location in Breckenridge!! Easy access to every activity we did. (Rafting, horseback riding, hiking, Alpine slide and enjoying the town on Breckenridge) This home has everything needed from fun and entertainment to cooking and sleeping quarters!! There were 9 of us from Great Grandma to Grandchild. Everyone of us enjoyed our stay!!! Loved the game area and they really enjoyed sitting in the hottub in the cool evenings!! Thanks so much!!

The property description on the web site does not do it justice. The home is large and spacious. More than enough room for our family of 9! Very close to downtown Breckenridge. It was an amazing week and will definitely look to return here in the future. The owners were very accommodating on the odd check-in and check-out times we requested. I can absolutely recommend this rental without any reservation! Thanks again for the great stay Mike!

We had a great time in this house. Epic mountain views and very well appointed. Great location. We loved the 2 car garage with all of the snow we got. Hot tub was hot and ready to go. Huge house with more room than they advertise. Internet, BBQ grill, deck, big screen TV, I can go on forever... Rent it and tell your friends. You won't be dissapointed.

Mike, thanks for all your help. Majestic View was exactly what you sais it would be and more. It is perfectly located and we had no problem getting around either by car or the city shuttle. The house was grand. It is completely furnished as would you like a ski resort home to be. We loved the basement and all the entertainment features. The hot tube was the icing on the cake and the view from it was truly "majestic". Thanks again, we will share our experience with friends.

This was our third time we rented this house in Breck. It has everything we needed for 8 people. The location was great with a wonderful view of the mountain and easy access to both Breck village and the slopes -- the hot tube really adds to the enjoyment of the stay.. Each time we have been extremely pleased with the cleanliness and all the accommodations. We plan to rent it again next year. Thank you very much.
