  We had a wonderful time in this comfortable home. The house is perfect for a large family or 2 families. The two living rooms was a great bonus, the kids could watch a movie or play a game in one and the adults could relax in the other. The owner was terrific . She answered all our questions and gave an accurate description of the home and amenities. She even let us check out in the late afternoon because she had no one coming in that day. We will be back to Arrowhead lake again. Everyone loved it!

  We stayed at this house over the Easter holiday. We had a large family and this house provided us the opportunity to all stay together without feeling crowded. Big enough that everyone had their own space and our dogs were permitted to come as well. Plenty of things to do. It was nice to settle down at the end of the night to a cozy fire. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating!

  Returned to this cozy, clean cabin for some down time before the holiday season with other retired teacher friends. We hung out in Jim Thorpe for Christmas Shopping (we're not outlet shoppers!) and some meals and felt like we stepped back into time. Unfortunately the infamous Pickle Shop was closed, but will revisit on our next visit. We hung out and had some dinners in and kicked back. Thank you for offering way more than the traditional B&Bs and resorts. Looking forward to the calendar of fall events. See you in December!

  Love this place! I drove up for the weekend to meet some friends who live in Maryland. The house was well-maintained and clean. It's in the perfect location if you just want to enjoy nature and not too far from restaurants and other local attractions if you want to venture out. We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the game room. I highly recommend this house!

  I went up for a much needed girls, weekend getaway in the winter of 2012. This place is cozy and peaceful. It has a great wraparound porch, game room and a cozy fire to sit by after a day of skiing. I highly recommend this place...I will be back!

  I came across this listing online when my boyfriend and I were looking for a long weekend away. It is very peaceful. We had a great experience! We plan on going again this summer or in the fall. It has lots of space, great porch and fireplace. The master bedroom has sliding doors that go out onto the porch that lets a nice breeze into the room. I enjoyed going for runs and doing some hiking. It also has a game room that is seperate from the house that has darts, pool table and much more.

  I have rented from this owner 3 times now. Im never left for disappointment. I love the huge living room, the open space, and ABSOLUTELY love the game room!! Fantastic location to everything! I cant wait to rent again!!! Thank you so much for having me and my family make memories there

  I had the pleasure of staying here for a girls weekend trip. The place was inviting, clean, and we made great use of the fireplace and gameroom. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

  Owner has home with soiled sofas, reason why she has sheets over them, broken foosball, dirty, I mean dirty grill and dust all over home, broken headboard and footboard on bed, lazy boy broken as well, garbage in kitchen from previous renters, and food on fridge from previous renter. Owner did not refund money paid, instead, charged renters a fee beause renters couldnt stay. Please Please Note Her Home Has All The Listed Above, Pics Were Taken.

  We stayed for a week in the spring of 2010. We go away pretty often and this was one of our better vacations. My 3 kids enjoyed playing in the game room and playing volleyball in the driveway everyday we were there. The deer walking around the streets nearby was an excellent experience. We are staying again this spring. Loved the place. Clean cozy and very peaceful. We highly recommend this home.
