At Sea Shells, discerning guests will luxuriate in a contemporary-styled and privacy gated home with one acre of lushly landscaped grounds. The Great Room of Sea Shells Beach Estate opens to the outdoor patio and pool and has cathedral ceilings with 2 lounging areas in addition to an entertainment center with CD surround sound, DVD, HD DVR, and large television with premium channels and digital reception.
The kitchen has just been re-stocked with all new supplies and small appliances commensurate with luxury standards, including an espresso machine, coffee grinder, abundant service-ware, red and white wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, Henckel knives, top quality cookware, and so much more to use and enjoy!
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom and entertainment system. A convenient office nook provides a large desk, an iMac computer ready for guest use, Ethernet cable to hook into the high speed cable modem, office supply, fax and brand new multi-function office machine. The large laundry room has an abundant supply of beach towels and a half bath. Use of the garage is available.
A hop and skip from Sea Shells is a beach front kiosk which rents ocean sports equipment, including surf boards, boogie boards, skim boards, hobie cats and snorkel sets. During summer months, jet skis may be rented in front of the Hyatt Hotel. The charming Sugar Cane Train depot is within walking distance. A convenient beach front restaurant, Castaway, is adjacent to the kiosk serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual beach front setting.
The primary Kaanapali Resort hotels as well as Whaler's Village Shopping Center and its many restaurants which feature live music on the beach can be reached within 1-2 minutes by car or on foot if you hike down the beach through the Sheraton Kaanapali Resort and along a paved pedestrian walking promenade that hugs the beach. This was our first stay at Sea Shells and it will be a place to remember. The home had everything we needed and everything was so clean and organized. We enjoyed using the kitchen, grill, pool, hot tub and the beach access was perfect also! We will remember our stay with fond memories and look forward to our next visit to Maui!

Still a wonderful retreat the second time. This is the ultimate vacation spot! You can do as much as you want, all close by, or have the most enjoyment possible doing nothing. Our special requests were given prompt attention and the service was exceptional. This home and the location provides the ultimate retreat from the world. To The Johnson's....thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us. We have thoroughly enjoyed our two glorious weeks at Sea Shells. We are here from Wisconsin and this was a trip of a lifetime for us. We are celebrating birthdays and it has been something to remember always. There are so many wonderful testimonials about the pool and the ocean and the views and we agree with all of them and would simply add that your home feels like a home, it is warm and welcome and gracefully decorated.It was everything we dreamed of and planned for - our hope came true! By reading all of the other testimonials in this book we do not have many more superlatives to add, except it was comfortable at-ease living. Thank you. We are all very sad to leave tonight. Last day in paradise. Hate to pack. Walking around in short sleeve top. Going home to socks, jeans, long sleeve top with sweatshirt and jacket - burrrrr. Love the place. Awesome! Great beach, snorkeling, whale watching, views of the islands, and relaxing around the pool.
