I can't say enough about this beautiful condo unit. Our first time in Myrtle Beach and we absolutely loved it!!! This unit is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. CLEAN and VERY WELL KEPT and updated nicely. We felt like we were home. The owners take pride in this condo and it shows. We felt so welcome as we entered the condo with such little touches that made us feel special. My teenage daughters kept saying it was peaceful and so beach like. Thank you to the owners for taking such great care of the unit!!! We will definately be staying at this unit when we return next year!!!!!!

My traveling buddy and I just returned from spending 4 fabulous days at this condo in Myrtle Beach and we absolutely loved it! We have girls-getaways a few times a year and this is our 8th time being in MB. We both agreed that this condo is one of the best places we've ever stayed. From the elegant front door to the perfectly-appointed balcony, this rental was just what the doctor ordered. Lots of room, a great floor plan, beautiful 17th floor ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom, and upscale furnishings made this rental an ideal spot. I loved watching the sunset from the bench just outside the front door to the condo, and later that night watching a red-orange full moon rise above the ocean from the balcony. And the location was perfect! Brigadune is on a small, private piece of very nice beachfront that's less than 5 minutes from Restaurant Row on Hwy 17. Over the 4 days, we were able to shop at Kroger, have Dunkin Donuts and coffe, get gas for the car, go shoe shopping, eat a breakfast buffet, and buy souvenirs WITHOUT EVER GOING ONTO HIGHWAY 17! We left that little getaway totally spoiled. You can be sure, we will be back!

We stayed in this condo in April 2011. The condo is very nice and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to stores and beach shops. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was cold and rainy a few days we were there, but were able to set on the balcony and enjoy the view. They were working on the pool and preparing it for the season so we did not get to swin or layout by the pool. Beach chairs were provided which was great because that was one less thing we needed to bring from home. It was very nice, clean, and homey. It looked exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay, wish I was still there!!

Love this condo! Sorry it has taken so long for us to write a review. Our kids, 10 and 7 years of age, talk about our trip to Myrtle Beach all the time and how much they want to go back and eat breakfast on the balcony of the condo and watch the beach. The condo is in a GREAT spot, the kids found shells, sand dollars and all kinds of different crabs. The master bedroom was such a nice set up with master bath and washer and dryer. Condo is very, very clean and kitchen has everything, we did alot of cooking. The host were wonderful to work with, great communication! Alot of stuff in condo for kids to do and take to the beach. It was a big plus to walk out of building right onto the sand, no crossing parking lots or streets, you are on the beach. If you have the time walk to the Apache Pier, spend some time there watching the fishermen, it is amazing what they catch. We saw stingrays, turtles, jellyfish and sharks from the pier. Thank you so much for everything, I wish we were visiting you this year. We will stay here again!

I have been staying in the Brigadune for over 10 years. Never have I seen such an immaculate and convenience-filled condo. This condo truly offers it all and to top it off an amazing view from the front door(sound side) and the back(ocean front). Not to mention the incredible feeling that you are surrounded by water when you look out over the ocean from the master bedroom. I have recommended this condo to other members of my family and now am wondering if I should have kept this treasure to myself! Thank you for offering such a comfortable and prestine place for our family to stay!

Well let me start with....my 3 year old granddaughter, Riley Grace entered the condo, ran right over to the glass doors and landed right on her little bottom. Just like the Windex commercial. HaHa! The glass was so clean she thought it was opened and ran right in to it. We all started laughing so of course she did too. We had a fantastic time at the beach. The condo is decorated like someone took a page out of the Pottery Barn catalog. Just beautiful! Having Wi-Fi and the washer and dryer in the unit was also a plus. The Brigadune's location is so convenient to everything. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy for renting to us. We'll definitely be back.

We have been staying at this condo for about 5 years now(?), and we just returned home from our latest getaway from July 17-24, 2010. There is no denying that it is truly the best condo we have stayed at in the 15 years we've been going to Myrtle Beach. The owners have made noticeable improvements in the consecutive years we have stayed at this condo, which proves they care about it. This condo is so airy and "beachy" and inviting. We absolutely love it. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is incredible. Even standing in the kitchen and seeing the ocean reflected in the mirror is a treat. To be able to watch the waves, the ocean and the pier while sitting on the patio definitely has a great effect on your state of mind! And we love the family oriented aspect here. We are so thankful to the owners for being hands-on and for always putting the needs of their renters first. Frankly, even with everything that the Myrtle Beach area with all of its attractions has to offer, it is tempting to just stay at this condo and relax. We can't wait to return again next July.

Loved the location of the condo. It was close enough to everything but still away from all the crowds and traffic. The Condo unit was so close to beach and pool, this is the one thing we really LOVED! You can watch the kids from the balcony while they swim in the pool. Condo was really pretty, clean, cozy and very inviting. The view from the balcony is wonderful, we got to watch the full moon come up over the ocean, BEAUTIFUL! We will be renting this condo again!

BEST CONDO WE'VE STAYED IN! We have been staying at the wonderful Brigadune in MB for 15 years and this condo is, without a doubt, the best. It was spotless, extremely well decorated, very comfortable and the ocean front view was fantastic--great for watching the sea life! The owner's can be proud of this one! We'll definately be back!
