This secluded spacious 3300 sq. ft. European style ski home is the perfect retreat for both skiers and non-skiers. House features 18' cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling stone gas burning fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, 4 bedrooms suites, 4.5 bathrooms, living room, large eat-in kitchen w/ adjoining family room, formal dining room, elegant entry way, deck and garage. Unit contains cable, 4 TVs, 2 VCR, 2 DVD players, CD player, stereo, washer/dryer, gas BBQ. High speed wireless internet connection.
Upstairs and downstairs master suites with private bathrooms and king sized beds. Upstairs guest room has queen sized bed and private bathroom. Bunk room has two sets of full sized bunk beds and private bathroom. Each bathroom has shower, jacuzzi tub and double sinks.
Full kitchen including stove, additional cook top, oven, jenaire grill, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, filtered water in refrigerator door, wet bar, center island and eat in kitchen table. All dishes, cookware, bakeware and utensils are provided.
Ski-out through the woods down the Burro Trail to the Beaver Run and Quicksilver chairs on Peak 9. Ski-in from Peak 10. MUST BE AN EXPERT SKIER. Backs to 20 miles of national forest. Snow shoe, cross country ski or snow mobile steps from the back door. Private hot tub.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I chose to buy in Breckenridge because I love to ski and Breckenridge offers the advantages of being a real town (former mining town settled in 1850's), close to Denver, reasonably priced and better snow since it is one of the highest ski areas in Colorado.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Very private secluded home at the top of the hill located in a cul de sac (10,000 ft. elevation.) It is very peaceful and private since the back yard abutts the Arapahoe National Forest. Since it is national forest land, it can never be commercially developed and will remain pristine.
While the house is ski-in/ski-out (upper intermediate ability required) and close to town, it is away from the congestion. It is one of the few houses which affords privacy in the middle of nature.
It is also not uncommon to view wild life such as elk, moose, deer, fox, squirrels, ground squirrels and a variety of birds.
