Beach equipment also included: THREE BOOGIE BOARDS, ONE BEGINNER SURF BOARD (use at your own risk), four folding beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and a rolling ice chest.
Enjoy the 8' deep swimming pool from dawn to dusk, have a BBQ with either of the gas or charcoal grills that are at your disposal, and even dine outdoors on the granite covered picnic table.

This fabulous Penthouse Condo was my home for over 4 years... until I married Lindsay in 2007. We plan to live in the condo once we retire in a few years, so we vacation rent it for now. It is a very popular place, and everyone so far has said that they ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
A HUGE 1480 sf deck with ocean views on both sides... an outdoor grill, and amazing surf just right across the street!!! Charming Hawaiian decor, and a well stocked kitchen. Unlike most vacation rental condos... this one comes with lots of cookware, seasonings, oils, condiments, etc. Beach gear too... a soft surf board (use at your own risk!), boogie boards, beach chairs, rolling ice chest, umbrella, tons of beach towels, etc. If something you need is not there... call me to see if you can borrow it from my home just a mile away!

Owner's Map of Prince Kuhio Resort
Lindsay & Brenda Crawford have four wonderful children: Fallon Finley (28), Chris Crawford (27), Taylor Finley (26) and David Nieto (15). We live in the Koloa Estates, just a mile from our Penthouse Condo. Retirement is just a few years away!!!
Brenda has been a Licensed Realtor on Kauai for over 23 years, with experience in the Development of Condominiums, Subdivisions, Residential and Commercial Construction and the creation of Fractional Interest Programs. She is currently a Consultant for Kukui'ula Village, a fresh new shopping and dining experience and a Senior Member of Civil Air Patrol (CAP). Church (Kauai Christian Fellowship), Travel, Cooking and Camping are among Brenda's favorite pass times.
Lindsay is a Senior Project Manager for DMB at Kukui'ula... Kauai's Living Garden. This 1,000 acre subdivision is a MUST SEE on your next visit to Kauai. He is an avid Surfer, World Traveler, Photographer, Master Craftsman, and a Wonderful Husband and Father!!!

Brenda, Thank you for all the hospitality within your condo! We had a great time!! Your condo is SO private, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was great for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed all the extra amenities you provided: beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, and snorkel gear to bring to the beach (within walking distance!). We also loved that The Beach House Restaurant (our favorite) was right across the street, yummy food and beautiful sunsets! The one negative we noted was that the porch area was a bit too windy to be able to enjoy. But were able to enjoy the lovely sound of the ocean and ocean views through open windows. And you were right- we did not need the A/C unit, having minimal windows open created a lovely breeze throughout the condo, keeping it cool and refreshing! We would definetly recommend your condo to friends and family!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed there last year with our 7 yr old son and loved it. The condo is on the top of a apartment place - you have a lot of privacy. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. On the other side of the street is the 'Beachhouse', a very good restaurant. Next to it a nice little beach which is great for snorkeling and watching the sunset. The pool was a little chilly and mostly in the shade. We did not go there a lot. But who needs a pool if the beach is so close? I recommended the place to friends and we definitely would come back one day.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Brenda, We would highly recommend your penthouse to anyone traveling the the great Isle of Kauai. The trade winds made it a little difficult to dine on your spacious patio, but the dancing palm trees made for quite a show! We loved it, and we will be back!

"Dear Brenda, I wanted to tell you how much my mother and I enjoyed your condo. It was so cute and comfortable - I hated to leave it and Kauai in general. I found the Prince Kuhio Park to be very beautiful and relaxing as much as the ocean really. Kauai is a very interesting place and I look forward to returning some day soon. I would not want to stay anywhere else but your condo. I looked around at the other people who were staying in different units or different condo buildings and felt sorry for them. That roof top lanai just cant be beat, the reclining wooden chairs where very unique and fun. We went just about everywhere we could drive to on the island but still missed seeing some things due to weather considerations. We had that big storm while we were there and saw an interesting lightening phenomenon in and amongst the regular lightening, it must have been directly over the building. It looked like a blanket of electricity had been thrown over us several times, lighting up the entire sky vivid green and making a zzzzzzt noise. It was scary! Now we are back home in Seattle with our 40 degree weather. Yesterday it actually snowed a bit. Yuck! Truly, I just wanted to never leave Kauai and your cute condo, so relaxing. ~Molly Hubbard

This was our first trip to Kauai, and we loved everything about the condo, from its location to all of its amenities (beautiful rooms and very, very clean). There was enough room for a family of 4 (including a 1 and 4 yr-old) plus an aunt to hang out. Having the penthouse deck was also great. If we ever go back to Kauai, we're definitely staying here again. Brenda was also an extremely gracious, helpful and responsive host.
