"THE COMFORT ZONE" is located on the popular Shore Drive in the Arcadian Shores area of Myrtle Beach. This newly furnished condo is being rented out for the first time and now we are in the second year of rentals, and hope to keep it open for rentals for a long time coming. It has been our home. It is a first floor unit with pool and ocean view. All the furniture is new since 2008 - 2009. As of November 19th, 2008 the complete condo has new carpet through out, and the deck also has new carpet and new chairs and table. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your own use. This is a great value to family's that do not want to go down the hall to do the washing and drying of their clothes.

Excellent location! Secluded, yet easy to access the famous Restaurant Row, golf courses, shopping centers, Outlet stores, entertainment, attractions, and plenty more.

Home of the Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, Nascar, Margaritaville, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café', Planet Hollywood just to name a few...

Over 100 Golf Courses on the Grand Strand. Straw Market, Gift Shops, Restaurants are in Walking Distance. On Site Security in the Summer Months. Balcony View of the Ocean, pool.   • Highly recommend this Condo and the owners. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. One of the main reasons was the condo. It had all the feel of home. This first floor condo gives you a super view of the ocean and the pool right out of your private patio. It has all the comforts of home and all the appliances that you would ever need from stove, fridge,microwave,toaster, washer and dryer. This unit also has two tv's and even a dvd player. It was like we took home with us on this vacation. The owners were a telephone call away for any help or problem. If you are going to Mrytle beach, do yourself a favor,check in at, A Place At The Beach 111. You won't be sorry. Bill & Sue Smith

  • This is the first time this condo was rented out, and we were the first renters. The place is decorated perfectly to make anyone fill at home. It has everything you need to cook with and a fun place to stay. All the furniture, and carpet and silverware, glasses were new and plentifull. we are planning to rent it over and over again. We were there for two weeks and next year we plan on staying there for a month.
