This beautifully decorated condo comes with tile through out the unit, a full size washer & dryer, a complete kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top stove, and all cooking utensils. This condo is furnished with a king-size bed, twin bunk beds secluded off the hallway, and queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also cable TV with remote and a DVD/VCR in the living room, and a TV with remote in the bedroom. Linens are provided.
This is a Non Smoking Unit. Smoking is premitted outside the Unit. No Pets Please. Call my cell # below anytime. We have great rates, and a beautiful condo that you'll want to visit year after year.

Our family of 4 had an awesome vacation in PCB, FL! There are lots of things to do and see as a family. I would highly recommend Shell Island, which this condo is very close to. We enjoyed our stay at the Summit in this condo. It is a very nice, clean unit and looks just as shown in the photos. It felt like our little FL "home away from home." The kids loved the bunk beds. The balcony has a beautiful view. It even has 2 toilets! Everything you would need is in this unit. The owner is so nice and made renting the unit very easy. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

I don't have one bad thing to say about this unit, we loved our stay here and hated to leave. It was alot bigger then what the pics represent. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room to move about in the unit. We've stayed in many places along the gulf coast and this unit by far was the cleanest unit we have EVER rented. The owner was very easy and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this unit, there wasn't one single thing we were missing or would change! The views are just breath taking from the balcony and we all loved the balcony furniture. Our kids had a great time and my husband and I loved our stay as well!

Our family of four enjoyed staying at your condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool area was clean and the staff was friendly. Our favorite seafood place was Hunt's Oyster Bar. It's a must, but go early to avoid a long wait. Our visit to St. Andrew State Park (Shell Island) was beautiful. The boat road to and from the island was exciting for our children. The Island was clear crystal blue water and we saw dolphins and stingrays. Overall the stay was perfect. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

We loved the condo. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your home away from home. The condo was clean and spacious and the view of the gulf was perfect.
