Enter this three-story Maravilla beach cottage with breezy porches off of every room, wonderful views of the surrounding community, excellent amenities, and a three-minute walk to your private beach access, and you’ll want to stay forever!
On the first floor is the Great Room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full bath, and a bedroom with two twin beds and a private entrance. The second floor has two large master bedrooms each with its own private bath and porch. One of the masters also has a queen sleeper sofa. The third floor loft has a queen sleeper sofa, and fabulous views from front and back porches.
A few steps from the rear of the house is the Maravilla clubhouse with swimming pool and hot tub, weight room, and a comfortable facility with full kitchen that can be reserved for entertaining larger groups. Banana Wind has its own wonderful yard for the kids to do cartwheels and throw Frisbees, and plenty of parking for all your guests. Tennis courts are also available. Within walking distance of Banana Wind, you can dine at the famous Pompano Joe’s Restaurant overlooking the breathtaking emerald and aquamarine waters of the Gulf. At your private beach, complimentary beach service is offered in season. A few minutes away by car is Destin Commons, a unique shopping village with a Rave movie theater and plenty of casual restaurants.
