The 1st Floor is 2BR/2bath, great for one family, mum and dad with a few kids. King bed. Queen trundle. Double.
The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large deck and a gazebo which leads to the beach. BR1: 1 king. BR2: 1 queen and a queen sleeper. BR3: 2 twins.
The 3rd Floor is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit and has a smaller balcony overlooking the beach. BR1: 1 king. BR2: 1 king. BR3: 1 full. Living room: 1 queen sleeper.

Spent the Thanksgiving holidays in the 2nd level condo in the Texas Beach House. We found the condo to be spacious, clean and accommodating. The amenities were complete as listed, totally first rate with a kitchen suited to allow one to prepare whatever suits your fancy. The back deck was quite spacious and very private and leads to a beach gazebo with your own private beach access. The South Padre beach is undoubtedly the best Texas beach and the Texas Beach House is right in the middle of it. I recommend this accommodation to you and I will definitely return myself next time I'm on the Texas coast.

This place is incredible. Our family had a wonderful time playing on the beach in front of the house, swimming, boogie boarding, looking for sand crabs and shells. Family oriented with all the toys necessary to have a great weekend on the beach. We will definately be back.
