Our spacious home is located on a picturesque lush half acre with mountain views. Surrounded by fruit trees and greenery this property affords ample amenities and easy access to Miramar Beach and Montecito Village. A short walk (3 blocks) to the beach can be followed by lunch at the historic Biltmore Hotel, or a stroll along Coast Village Road where one can find a variety of excellent restaurants, galleries, unique clothing and antique shops.
The 4,000 square foot house, with hardwood floors and vintage furnishings, is comfortable for both indoor and outdoor living. The rear patio area features a shaded dining area next to a fountain and secluded hot tub.
The newly updated eat-in kitchen is fully stocked and features a professional six burner Viking stove and Sub Zero refrigerator. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate laundry room, and just outside a full gas BBQ. In addition there is a large formal dining room with views, and an attached sun room leading to the rear patio.
The master bedroom and bath has an adjoining private library/office which can also be used as an additional sleeping area (day bed sleeps one).
Two other bedrooms each have seperate full baths and an accompanying large playroom with TV and matching futon sofa beds. The house is nicely divided between adult and children's sleeping quarters. Rooms are large, comfortable and bright, with easy outdoor access. |
