It's located in Bellasera, a prestigious & private gated community in North Scottsdale. The two bedroom, plus den, two bath home is outfitted with everything. Special features include a private hot tub with rock waterfall cascading into a custom-designed swimming pool. Other special features: large covered patio space, patio furniture and lounge chairs, a built-in barbecue & margarita bar, plus a gas fire pit to keep you warm while enjoying the desert night sky.
From the back yard you'll enjoy spectacular mountain & desert views to the north, & outstanding southwestern sunsets (bring your camera.) Begin your day by venturing out the front door to take a short walk to the top of Lone Mountain or stroll the trails to AJs Market for a cup of coffee - AJs is our high-end neighborhood specialty market where you can pick up your groceries & also get ready made gourmet foods. Our favorite thing is a morning stroll to AJs outdoor cafe to enjoy one of their delectable pastries with our morning coffee or tea.
The spacious master bedroom has a pillow-top, king-size sleigh bed and 27 inch TV with cable. The guest room has a queen-size bed w/tv. The living room has a big-screen TV with DVD, an indoor/outdoor stereo system, and a fireplace.
Additional amenities include air-conditioning, phone, linens, a washer and dryer, and a 2 car garage. The full kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, and cooking utensils as well as a breakfast bar/island, sitting area and built-in desk.
Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking.
The Community Center is located one-half mile from the home. It has a large beach entry pool, a lap pool, weights, cardio equipment, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, and much more.
Bellasera is located only 25 minutes north of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 90 minutes from beautiful Sedona, and only a couple of miles from the rustic towns of Cave Creek and Carefree.
Activities on-site or nearby include hiking right outside the front door on Lone Mountain, as well as on trails in the community. There is also rock climbing, biking (two bikes are included with the rental), world-class golfing, tennis and basketball (on on-site lighted tennis and basketball courts), and wildlife viewing. Enjoy access to a community fitness center and large swimming pool, amusement parks, restaurants, cinemas, museums, and art galleries.
