The Wailea Sunset Estate is a beautiful 4000 square foot, three bedroom, four and a half bath or four bedroom, five and a half bath newer luxurious estate home situated near two of South Maui's finest sandy swimming beaches and immediately adjacent to Wailea Resort.
You may add an optional oversized studio bedroom for up to four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Also, you may further add the adjacent Wailea Sunset Bungalow and enjoy as many as six bedrooms and six and a half baths.
Wailea Sunset Estate has a priceless and stunning panoramic ocean front setting. A sprawling manicured grass lawn slopes down to the water's edge where a pebbly cove invites you to snorkel, swim, boogie board, kayak, and scuba dive - right from your home! Waves lap gently along the shoreline and may be heard day and night. Kick back and view the crystal clear ocean from the dramatic elevated upstairs decks. Guests of Wailea Sunset Estate have exclusive use of their own hot tub and pool situated under the stars.

A private chef is available for hire to grocery shop, or to prepare and serve up to three meals per day. You may wish to consider the luxury of having a chef-prepared gourmet dinner served in-villa and al-fresco on your arrival evening! Ready to grill complete meals can be delivered, or fully cooked ready-to-eat dining including salads and snacks are additional options.
