The living area of this beautiful condo is 1010 square feet with a 196 sq. foot lanai accessible by a sliding glass door from the living room and sliding glass door from the master bedroom. You will enjoy a gorgeous ocean view from the lanai and the condo comes complete with every convenience from a fully-equipped kitchen to your own washer and dryer. You will love your private lanai for sipping, sunning, or dining.
Stroll down the stairs or take an elevator down to the two championship tennis courts and the beautiful pool/jacuzzi next to a game room complete with a pool table and a gas barbecue, perfect for those mahi-mahi fillets. Everything is here for your vacation enjoyment.
