The 3rd floor Condo (Unit 308B) is fresh, airy, and fully-furnished. The color scheme is "restful." You will enjoy the well-sized patio complete with furniture.
Out the door on the 1st floor, then passed the Nature Preserve, you will find yourself on the white floury, soft, expansive beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Tiki bars and restaurants line the beach. The Condo is located within 'pleasant' walking distance to the Santini Plaza (grocery, post office, bank, restaurants, clothing shops, drug store and more). 1 block from the Fish Tale Marina complete with outdoor restaurant, boat slips, power and sail boat rental, charter fishing, and a complete marine store.
