President's Day ~ Thanks for everything! This place is beautiful. We had lots of fun. It was fun to snowmobile and snowshoe! The cabin is great and comfortable. Deer Meadow Vacation Home wonderful home - very well furnished and stocked!

I was surprised to find that the description was perfect and photos actually reflected the home's true look! We arrived late after sunset, and found that there was a small flashlight hanging below the lock box which really helped us get into the house and out of the freezing wind quickly. Once we entered, we found the home very clean and the furnishing were actually coordinated and added to the appeal - not the typical eBay rejects you often find in rental properties. There were laminated information sheets around the house to help understand anything that wasn't completely obvious and some helpful tips. Everything was working and comfortable. Lots of matching dishes, cooking supplies, towels, etc. etc. All seven of us slept comfortably and hope to return. Great place. We had a wonderful time seeing a wintery Yellowstone, riding snowmobiles, sledding, and playing games at night with the kids. We fell in love with the Gusher restaurant in West Yellowstone, and ate there 4 times in the week... :) I highly recommend Yellowstone Vacation Rental Homes and we all would like to go back during the summer to try the warmer activities too.

We had a wonderful time and family vacation. What a stunning area, so much to see. Worked as a wonderful home base for our explorations of Yellowstone National Park. Each year we four cousins and a friend vacation together. Usually it is a week at the beach. This has been the "grandest" of all so far. We were thrilled at the scenery and all the wildlife we saw. We were AMAZED to see snow in June as it was 101 degrees back home when we left. Your home is wonderful ~ comfortable throughout, homey and what a big, well-equipped kitchen! June 15-20, 2011 - We truly enjoyed our time here. The house is wonderful. We felt at home and settled here right away. The use of your laundry and fireplace were definite pluses. Furthermore, your hospitality went above and beyond by allowing us the use of your high chair, playpen and child gates. There was plenty of space for the kids to play outside as well as inside. It was nice to have a spot for them to watch their show upstairs while the adults watched TV or relaxed downstairs. The views of the mountains from your house are spectacular! Bruce and Magdalena, Thanks so much for our second vacation here. The October trip was lovely and such great weather. And now in June it is amazing to see how the landscape has changed with all the rain! So lush and green!! We have had a wonderful time and my daughter, son-in-law and two grand kids loved the home! Magdalena and Bruce, It's like coming home when we open the door to Deer Meadow. It's so beautiful, comfortable and cozy...and all the more so when you come in from the snow. We've always wanted to see Yellowstone in the winter and this week we did that ...although it's mid May! It is every bit as beautiful as we thought it would be. The bonus was seeing so many more animals than we usually do, including all the bison calves - "the little red dogs," eh' Bruce! (Some visitors to Yellowstone Park mistakenly took the bison calves to be little red dogs!). Thank you both for another wonderful time at Deer Meadow. We are looking forward to our first stay at the Yellowstone Riverview Cabin in the fall and returning to Deer Meadow. ~Lucky Us~

Thanks for the great accommodations again this year during our stay at your Deer Meadow vacation home. Myself, and the other guys in the group really enjoyed it. Having all the necessities makes it feel as if we were in our own homes. In previous years we've stayed at hotels in Yellowstone and there's just no comparison. Your home the last couple of years has made the trip worth it. The snowmobile path leading from the cabin to the main trail was great and from there easy access to snowmobile heaven as we found plenty of powder and nice riding. It's probably the most snow I've seen in the eight years we've been making the trip. Also, thanks for the great job you did on the snow removal so that we could get our trailer into the driveway. It's not always easy trying to find a large spot for a 26 foot trailer. Looking forward to next year. Blake Stoner and the rest of the crew from ND and MN.

February 18-22, 2011 Bruce and Magdalena, You had my husband at the driveway. It had taken us 15 hours to get from our house outside of Seattle to your home in Yellowstone and when we arrived late at night in 20 degree weather, totally exhausted, we were just happy to find your house. THEN... my husband was able to get our snowmobile trailer in your long driveway. You had me as I entered the front door! You had our 18 year old son with wireless internet, our 15 year old daughter with the blow dryer and our 11 year old son when he saw the actual wood burning fireplace! We have been so appreciative of how well appointed your home is - not to mention your well thought-out decor! This is by far the nicest vacation home we have ever had the pleasure of renting. We have loved snowmobiling and went on a tour in the park. Thank you for having two TV's - I mentioned my kids' ages! All the best to you in the New Year.

October 5-8, 2010 Bruce and Magdalena, This place is AWESOME! We have enjoyed it so much and my 90 year old mother thoroughly loved every minute here! She was so pleased.... We were all over the Park which was the first time for my oldest son who is 32 years. He was totally amazed and was like a little kid again seeing Yellowstone's wonders. September 21-28, 2010 It's so nice to come on vacation and have your cabin feel like home. Having all the extra stuff is great. Yellowstone is stunning with its beauty. Artist Point was our favorite place. We were amazed at its beauty - elk, bison, three different wolf packs, trumpeter swans, and a mule deer standing on an island in the river. The Tetons were beautiful too - we spent one day down there. Had our anniversary dinner at the Old Faithful Lodge, the beef tenderloin was wonderful. This is so different from Florida, just what we wanted. Thanks again, I know you will enjoy your stay in Madeira Beach!

Every day we drove into the Park and enjoyed watching the wildlife - bison, elk, two wolves eating an elk carcass, even a bald eagle sitting on a nest. Hope to come back. August 7-14, 2010 As far as the beautiful cabin, we all echo the nice things everyone has already said. Wished we lived closer or be able to bottle the smell of the woods. July 24-31, 2010 Beautiful cabin and a perfect fit for our group. We spent long days traveling the park and it was nice to come "home" and relax in the evenings. Spent one day on a white water rafting rip with Wild West Outfitters, Gardiner and highly recommend it. Great ride and wonderful scenery. Also took a horse ride with Diamond P just down the road and they were great as well. Overall a great trip and hope to be back one day. July 14-20, 2010 Thank you! We had a wonderful first trip to Yellowstone! The kids (and us) loved seeing all the animals, waterfalls, geysers and especially Artist Paint Pots. We hiked and explored every day in the Park and it was nice to come back to a comfortable, convenient and well equipped house. The freezer packs were so nice to have as we picnicked in the Park every day for lunch. We found such beautiful spots and some days we got very dirty so it was great to have a washer and dryer! July 7-13, 2010 This has been our first trip to Yellowstone and it has been amazing! Flying up here, we couldn't bring a whole lot on the plane. Thanks to the lovely home you provided and the amenities our visit was made much more comfortable. It was so relaxing to come back each evening after a long day of activities and view the Yellowstone DVD you provided for our reviewing. The house was perfect for our family of five. We learned more about the surroundings and things to do thanks to the pamphlets that were here. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. We so enjoyed the cool weather in the middle of summer. It was such a respite to escape the heat from Texas! Hopefully we'll be back again and we would love to stay in your home! July 3-7, 2010 We thought the layout of the house was extremely functional as well as architectually delightful. Perfect for my husband and I and our 3 school-aged kids upstairs and Grandpa and Grandma downstairs after days of driving through Yellowstone scouting for wildlife (wow!). The kids loved biking around the neighborhood. Thank you for equipping/supplying the house so well. We appreciated the games and local travel resources. The kids loved keeping a tally count of the animals we spotted. Perfect timing on this trip - time with grandparents, experience for all of us - Yellowstone and Tetons are fantastic!

Breathtakularlysplentastic! We ran out of word to describe this place, so we we made up our own!!! Thank you for the thoughtful way you prepared your lovely home. Three generations of our family made wonderful memories! We TRULY had a wonderful time and I will tell everyone I know about your home. Staying in hotels can be stressful....it was so nice to be comfortable and relaxed! We really appreciated the garage as well, as one night there was a nasty hail storm! Tip: If you plan a trip to Jackson Hole/Tetons take the Mesa Falls Scenic Byway and stop at the Upper Falls - you won't believe your eyes! Travel info on book shelf with miscellaneous brochures). June 5-12, 2010 Our family had a fabulously invigorating and inspiring time on our first trip to Yellowstone! We were able to visit every part of the park from the canyon to Mammoth Springs to Old Faithful and down to the Tetons. We were lucky enough to see wolves, pronghorns, moose, black bears, grizzly bears, and huge herds of bison in Lamar Valley! We jam-packed each day with sight-seeing and were happy to return to a comfortable cabin for dinner and sleep! The Geyser Grill offered a nice dinner one evening and the bakery across the street from the grocery made amazing bread! Thank you for providing such a beautiful and perfectly appointed home in a wonderful location to the park and thank you for having the cabin clean and well kept!

May 31-June 4, 2010 What an excellent place and an excellent time was had by all!! Now, the weather could have been a tad dryer - but our spirits weren't dampened at all. We all agree that we've never stayed in a more well equipped vacation home! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. May 20-27, 2010 Well, what can we say about all of the extra amenities that you haven't already heard? So I'll go on to how amazing our stay was. We did a little hiking but we stopped when we heard grunting under some fallen trees and saw fresh bear tracks (black bear). Of course Yellowstone Park was amazing. The Falls were breathtaking and we were left breathless after seeing Lamar Valley!! We also were blessed to see a brown (cinnamon) bear, a black bear, elk, pronghorn antelope and of course buffalo. Best of all, a moose came to visit us at the cabin. All in all it was more than we could have hoped for. We just hope that the locals don't take for granted all that they are blessed with, especially the spectacular views. Back in New Jersey we have nothing that could compare with the serene beauty. May 9-15, 2010 Bruce and Magdalena, What can we say but WOW! ! Our time here in Yellowstone has gone by all too quickly, but it has been so wonderful. The weather was beautiful - ranging from a blanket of snow to near 70 degrees - and we thought East Texas weather was crazy! We were blessed at every turn - including our time here in the Deer Meadow Home. Everything was spotless and we felt like we didn't lack for a thing. We were also blessed to see six bears at the Park yesterday - three grizzly and a black bear mama with two cubs. Everything was far above what we had hoped for and expected. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your attention to detail - plenty of dishes, plenty of firewood, use of garage, etc... You are both wonderful hosts. May you be rewarded for your gift to others.

Deer Meadow is a very pleasant house, well equipped, clean, clear (or maybe I mean bright, excuse my english...) and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the great space in the living room, wide and high, all the way to the roof's top beam with three levels of windows letting lots of light in, and the real fireplace, so welcome on a snowy April evening (or even the rest of the time when we had sunny but somewhat chilly weather !). Bedding, kitchen and baths easily meet expectations (except maybe taking two hot showers at exactly the same time). Despite some recent additional house development beyond what currently shows on Google maps, the area is very quiet with great views on the surrounding mountains, woods and meadows. The location makes an excellent "base camp" for visiting all of Yellowstone National Park. The contacts we had (with Magdalena Beall), both through e-mails and in person, were very pleasant, always efficient, considerate, informative and helpful. Overall, a highly commendable vacation rental in an unrivalled vacation area. Jean-Jacques and Catherine (from France, near Paris).

1/8 - 1/11/10 For the past couple of years our family has taken a trip together instead of exchanging Christmas gifts. Last year we went to Las Vegas for the NFR; this year we came to West Yellowstone. We were not disappointed! This "cabin" is beautiful - we didn't want for anything, and the views are breathtaking. We toured Yellowstone National Park by snow coach and had a wonderful time. Our tour guide, Suzie, was very knowledgeable and patient. A private tour is definitely the way to go. (Mom even spotted a bobcat!) We are hoping to come back and enjoy the area this summer, as well! Thank you for everything! 12/25-12/29/09 Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We loved it! It felt just like coming home every day and made our vacation much more enjoyable. The whole way home everyone kept saying how nice it was and how much they enjoyed staying there. We also really appreciated you allowing us to check in early and coming over to let us in on Christmas night. We had left home early to make sure we stayed ahead of the blizzard here in North Dakota and we just planned to get a hotel room in West Yellowstone. It was so nice being able to check in early. So thanks again for taking time to get the cabin ready for us. We will definitely be returning!

October 15-18, 2009 Dear Bruce and Magdalena, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed being back at your lovely home! We had a fabulous time. It was fun to explore Yellowstone again, not to mention the spectacular scenery! I think this is a good time of year to visit the park. We saw lots of elk, bison, bighorn sheep, the highlight being the big grizzly we saw on Saturday. My Mom really enjoyed it too, and she loved the house! October 4-8, 2009 We were so fortunate to have such a wonderful place to spend a very memorable vacation. Being from Florida, the added excitement of snow with the spectacular landscape it produced, made pictures even more desirable. This cabin gave us a warmth and a refuge we loved in the evenings.
