Area Description: Historical Catalina Vista Estates is an established neighborhood, within walking distance of shops, theaters, restaurants, and the University of Arizona. It is centrally located and provides easy access to public transportation, museums, parks, and the beautiful Sonoran desert. Less than 20 minutes away, you will find some of the best, award-winning golf courses in Arizona. The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Old Tucson, Sabino Canyon, and the Mountain Lemon ski lodge are nearby attractions.

House Description: This large guest-house is surrounded by lush fruit trees (pick your own grapefruit for breakfast), manicured lawns and a redwood deck that overlooks the ambient-temperature swimming pool. All utilities, dishes, appliances, and linens are included. The full kitchen has everything that you will need for your stay. Just bring your clothes and move in!

Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and have adjoining, fully-tiled bathrooms, one with a tub and shower, the other with a large walk-in shower. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The living room boasts a rock-faced, wood-burning fireplace and mesquite firewood is available, on request, for cheerful ambiance on our crisp winter evenings. Of course, if you prefer, the house is also centrally heated and cooled.

From the National Championship, University of Arizona basketball, baseball, and softball teams to the professional baseball, basketball, and hockey venues, Tucson has it all! Tucson Electric Park hosts spring training for the White Sox, Diamondbacks, and Sidewinders on 12 full-sized fields. If shopping is your game, three of Tucson's largest shopping malls are only a 15-20 minute drive. Birding enthusiasts take note: more than 20 species of birds have been recorded from the patio deck. Ambition-deprived? Just step outside onto your deck and soak-up some therapeutic rays from our warm winter sun and delphinium-blue skies. Lounge chairs provided.
