Of the three Moana Kai Beach Villas, we are the closest (Villa A) to the ocean, with water views on three sides - the river 50' to our north, the Waipouli Beach and Pacific Ocean to our east, and our lava rock water fall and pool to the south. Lovely views of Mount NouNou (Sleeping Giant) from the two Master Suites as well. Direct ocean views of Waipouli Beach, with Kapa'a Beach Park 70 yards north, and Fuji (Baby) Beach 70 yards south.
We offer a local 'Kama'aina neighborhood lifestyle, with no large crowds or noisy pools, just privacy, the ocean, and town two blocks away.
Peaceful and inviting, your vacation home has extended living areas - a lava rock pool just outside the front door for sunning, and a waterfall providing sounds to lull you while you relax. Perfect for adults traveling together, or extended families on reunion.
Weddings have been known to take place on the beach directly in front! The nearby Aveda Spa is available for treatments OR let us arrange a massage ensuite - combining sound, scent and therapy in one.
Barbeque on the lanai, save the kitchen clean-up ! The grassy area adjacent to the lanai is a perfect place to have the children run while contained within the fence around our 3 unit complex of detached, elegant townhomes. This lovely, quiet deluxe townhouse is the perfect retreat for two or three couples, or extended family vacations.
The location, a three minute walk to Kapa'a is exceptional. Ask about the exceptional local restaurants who offer our guests special "treats" and options. Our local contacts include ensuite massage with "hot stone therapy", traditional Hawaiian Lomi-lomi, and a specially branded "sound and aroma therapy" only for the guests of Hawaiian Luxury Destinations.
Swimming for the children is 1 block south at Fuji "Baby Beach", where the coral and lava rock walls provide protection from the waves and an enormous bathtub to wade and play in. A lovely park directly between the lanai and the ocean gives green space for family football, badminton, croquet or whatever your whim.
A crescent shaped, white sand beach for the whole family is just over the canal bridge, a 5 minute easy walk. We provide the cooler, umbrella, chairs towels, and sand toys. All you'll need is your bathing suits and tanning lotions! X box and IPOD docks are available upon request, as are pack and plays and high chairs.
The joy of Moana Kai is the restful and rejuvenating ambiance and yet it is exceptionally located. INCREDIBLE VIEWS and 2 blocks to town all the restaurants and markets you could want. You don't need a car, it's that conveniently located. The airport is 10 minutes away. Elegant 450-600 thread count Hotel Collection and Calvin Klein bed linens, Egyptian cotton towels, and new pillow-top mattresses spoil you silly! Enjoy a cappucino on your 30 foot lanai while viewing whales breaching, kite surfing, or cruise ships going by.
If you must work, an Office away from home with DSL, nationwide long distance is included, as are wireless internet-WIFI, fax /copy machine, answering machine and desk (at no additional charge)- just bring your laptop. We've tried to think of everything to make your stay a perfect one.
