'Villa Paradise' is situated in a quiet, safe, neighbourhood in the highly desirable southwest area of Cape Coral. This spacious, waterfront vacation home, totaling over 3800 square feet (over 2200 square feet of living area), is fully equipped and tastefully furnished throughout, to meet the most discerning of guests, comfortably accommodating up to six. Recently decorated and appointed with new, quality furniture and accessories.

The rear of the property, including the lanai and pool area, face south so you can be assured of receiving maximum sunshine. In fact, Cape Coral typically receives 335 days of bright sunshine every year. Care and attention has been applied to all the rooms in this home to ensure the utmost of pleasure and convenience during your stay. The property is landscaped with palms and trees, it is air conditioned, all rooms have ceiling fans, and there is multi-channel cable TV.

The master bedroom has two large walk-in closets, a separate toilet, bathroom with his-and-hers wash basins and a large glass block shower. This room has French doors leading to the lanai and pool area and is equipped with a king-size bed, cordless telephone, TV and DVD player. Bedroom two is equipped with a TV, DVD player, large closet, and queen-size bed.

Bedroom three (ideally suited for any younger guests) is also equipped with a TV and DVD player and has twin beds and a large closet. Between bedrooms two and three is a connecting hallway and a bathroom with dual wash basins, separate toilet, bath, and shower.

The front door and entrance lead through to an open-plan area, to the kitchen, which is fully equipped for your needs, including a built-in ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, and toaster, etc. There is a breakfast bar area with stools, a nearby nook with table and chairs, and a large walk-in pantry.

A cordless telephone and fax machine are nearby. Beyond the kitchen and at the rear of the property is the great room which is equipped with a TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo, and game console. Sliding patio doors lead to the lanai and pool area. Centrally, within this home, is the dining room which has French doors leading to the lanai and pool area. This formal dining room has a table to seat six. At the front of the home is the den which is equipped with a TV and DVD player.

Also, there is a desk with a personal computer, full, unlimited, broadband internet access at no extra cost and a fax/copier/printer/scanner. If you need to bring your own notebook PC, wireless, high-speed, broadband internet is available throughout this home.

The powerful PC is fitted with a DVD and CD rewriter and multiple card slots so you can burn your vacation photos straight onto disk or email them to friends and family. While on vacation, we have made catching up on your email easier, and you can surf the web to create route maps for days out or search for nearby restaurants.

This property has a utility room with washer and dryer. There is a two-car garage, large, screened lanai area with an attractive heated swimming pool. The pool may be heated at any time of the year, to meet your requirements at no extra cost. The lanai area is equipped with a selection of outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue grill.

This home is situated on a wide salt water canal with access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. There is a large dock (great for fishing from) and a boat lift. We also include fishing rods, golf clubs and mountain bikes for added enjoyment. A cot and high chair are available for use as babies and infants are welcome! For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach chairs, towels and mats are included.

Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, and beyond. Cape Coral is served by Southwest International Airport (RSW) which is about 30 minutes drive. Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two-hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75.

Cape Coral has plenty of golf courses, shops, and restaurants to choose from as well as a cinema, Yacht Club, beach, and pier. For those considering a two centre vacation to include the theme parks of Orlando and Kissimmee, Cape Coral is about a three-hour drive South using I-4 and I-75.

This property is British owned and the owners live nearby. We welcome all US, UK and international guests and families to Villa Paradise. British guests make payment in £ sterling. USA guests and all international guests make payment in US$.
