Thanks for the loan of your lovely house, everything has been perfect! We've had a wonderful week of sun and some rain for a few days. Can we recommend Bubba's Roadhouse? Its a place with very good food and a good atmosphere. We hope to come back another time.

Nine years in a row being here in Feb & March and it feels like a second home to us. This year the weather has been like no other since arriving, 80+ almost every single day! Great for enjoying the pool and Red Sox baseball!!! Hope to return for year #10 in 2012.

What a Christmas present this has been! The house is beauitiful - the VRBO web site pictures didn't do it justice. Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cool for swimming in the pool - we enjoyed sitting by it though. We agree that you have thought of everything. The home is beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home with all of the "little" touches. The Christmas of 2010 will certainly be one we will all remember fondly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

What a great stay did we have in this super house! The five of us felt at home immediately and we enjoyed the space, the lovely weather, the quietness and particularly the pool! We will certainly "spread the word" about this great villa when we are back in The Netherlands. We are all a bit sad that our Cape Coral time is up, but who knows, we may be back to Florida again so hopefully today's goodbye is not forever! Thank you and kind regards.

I have never written in one of these comment pages before but your property was just beautiful! You have thought of everything someone would need. We found a great little restaurant - The New England Moorings Seafood at 1326 SE 16th Place in Cape Coral. It's a family owned place and don't judge it by the outside. The food was great and they very accommodating to the little ones. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!

This year being year 8 that we have been here(in the same home)for Feb & March was really not the best season we have had. First three weeks it rained almost every day followed by cold weather for the last four weeks. Yuk! Perhaps 2011 will be better.

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for allowing us this pleasure. The weather was a tad bit warmer, we even went swimming for about 3 minutes! The pool was about 65 degrees. Thank you for a pleasant reprieve from winter. Hopefully we'll see you again. P.S. We recommend Bistro 41 at the Bell Tower shops in Ft. Myers.

Thank you very much for letting us use your lovely home. It is beautiful! We have had a fantastic week here after spending a busy week in Kissimmee! We have enjoyed our relaxing evenings by the dock and our many visits to Sanibel Island. Carrabba’s restaurant on Pine Island Road was a big favorite and also Rumrunners – highly recommended! How saddened we are to leave your beautiful oasis. The cleanliness, comfort and all the amenities are unparalleled…and the up-to-date home office computer/fax equipment was appreciated. The very attractive décor and flow of the rooms, with your gracious attention to detail, made us feel welcomed and at home. We loved fishing on the canal. My husband taught me how to “cast and reel it in.” We swam and lounged by the wonderful pool and there was no rain during our stay. The fabulous kitchen and great room are from the pages of House and Garden and drew us in. Your thoughtfulness is evident throughout the house and made our stay so much more memorable. I read two novels from the bookshelves and enjoyed the magazines. We hope to come for a visit next year. We wish you good health and happiness.

We completely enjoyed our stay here. In spite that it rained every day, the sun always managed to show its face. Thank you very much for the use of the house! P.S. For those looking for “touristy” gifts (T-shirts, sunglasses, etc.) we recommend going to Fort Myers Beach to have dinner and see the sunset at the same time!

We had a fantastic holiday at Paradise, which has been the best villa we have stayed at since we began holidaying in Florida in the early 90’s. We had a boat delivered which was an excellent bonus and we made full use of it during our final week. We had encounters with dolphins, turtles and manatees. We also came across a large monitor lizard in the canal which swam alongside us for a while. Airboat rides in the Everglades provided us with all the gator sighting we could handle and the golf at Eagle Ridge and the Colonial Country Club was excellent. Rumrunners provided us with some great meals, as did many of other local places. We will be in touch again next year. Thanks for everything.

We have enjoyed our stay in the villa better than any we have been in previously (we’ve been 16 times!) The area is peaceful, the villa well equipped and comfortable. We spent 4th of July at the celebrations on Cape Coral Parkway. We will most likely be back next year – unless we buy our own.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! What a wonderful place you have! This was such a comfortable house, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We cruised the canals and river in the boat we rented – it was great. Our favorite local restaurant was Mr. C’s.
