Our 2,000 Sq.Ft. condominium, positioned on the third floor but level in from the parking lot, features two bedrooms each with king-size beds, two bathrooms, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a "whole house" water purification system (yes, we drink the tap water), dining area with seating for six, spacious living room with satellite served 27-inch flat screen TV, DVD, stereo music system, and laundry. Unlimited bottled purified water is provided gratis. High speed DSL service inside the condo.
Maid service is provided twice weekly. We have a gas-fired barbecue out on the 600 Sq. Ft. terrace in addition to a 58" diameter glass top dining table with six chairs, a classical Mexican hammock, casual seating for seven, and an "outdoor" shower. This condominium, as well as all interior spaces, is wheelchair accessible.
Fully-equipped, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with gourmet kitchen and laundry, immense private terrace, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout . Daily prices are in US dollars and do not include the 15% IVA and 2% hotel tax.
If you think our prices are out of line with other 2 BR - 2 BA units in this condo complex we invite you to compare our prices with any other condo of similar size. We are sure you will agree we are more than competitive.
Weekly rentals only except monthly and broken week rentals are available in low season. There is a 10% discount for monthly rentals. There is an additional 10% discount to rent the condominium as a one bedroom/one bath. High season is November 15 through April 30; low season is May 1 through November 14. Holiday weeks are Thanksgiving week, week before Christmas through week after New Year's, and Easter week.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is noon. If you have a late departing flight your luggage can be securely stored in our common areas and you can enjoy the pools until your taxi arrives to take you to the airport. A common area bathroom is provided for changing from your pool attire into your flight attire.

Why the Owner Chose Zihuatanejo
After having searched the west coast of Mexico from Puerto Escondido all the way up to Cabo San Lucas, Zihuatanejo just stood out as the place to call home. There is just this wonderful small community there with a very laid back atmosphere but anything you really need or forgot to bring can be found in any one of the many stores which seem to never close. Shop keepers to taxi drivers seem only to want to bs sure you are having a great experince in their home town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have the best of all worlds. No elevators, no stairs - yes, level in which is such a treat in this hillside community. And space to spare in a environment cooled with the natural sea breezes from the ocean, or turn on any one of six ceiling fans, or close yourselves in and click on the air conditioning. Our 600 square foot terrace features a 270 degree view and is equipped with custom made rattan furniture, a rope hammock, a gas fired grill, and even an out door shower so you can cool off without going down to one of the two infinity pools one flight below.
Life at the pools or on the beach is one of the best examples of the sense of "community" you will ever experience. New friendships and friend of friend hookups are common place. You will never stay in a more friendly environment.
Every guest receives a complete "get acquainted" book well before scheduled arrival which enables them to hit the ground running. No false steps - no blind allys. Where to shop, where to eat out, getting around in "centro" is child's play with our directions and colorful maps.

Our condominium is absolutely the most enjoyable piece of rental property we have ever owned and operated and there have been many. We live in California so getting to Zihua is a snap. Our two grown children and their kids really love the two pools, the beach, swimming in salt water, and going home with a great tan. And here is picture of me (Susan) headed to the beach on my 250cc scooter.
Yep! This old retired school teacher can still play like a kid here in Zihua!
