I choose to rent some of my house because of too much house.
The Unique Benefits at this Guest Quarters-home
The house is very private, even through we are "somewhat" attached, by shared hall (locked doors on both ends)and utilites. Private patio with gas grill off dining room. We're in the very center of Tucson, it's very easy to get around,anywhere. 45 minutes to snow in the winter or two minutes to a great golf course. I am working on getting the pool (30'x15') heated year around with solar! Lots of bristo's walking distance. Gem show is the greatest, very easy from this house.

Hi,
This picture is of me (Gigi) and my dog Karly in backyard. She is 10 years and I am...well much older. I started to rent 1600 sq feet of my house about three years ago. I am an interior designer, educator of the same, and yoga instructor for more than 20 years, in all catagoies. I love nice thngs, and like to keep things nice for long periods of time. I have lived in this house for 30 some years. It was built in the late 1930's. I do love it.
